Zero Stars. Two Mercedes van/trucks now? No recent reviews?
Beware. Do not trust them. Email me and I will send you the whole nightmare.
The owner AND employee came out in TWO Mercedes, for roots in drain. Misdiagnosed where the blockage is. No camera, I found out after the fact. They used the smallest electric cable with no bladed claw. They hit the ""blockage"" after only 3' horizontally. A bigger machine? Would not work. Only option to open up the slate patio and dig out, remove and replace the broken pipe. All of the drainage pipes and new clean out were replaced fairly recently by ""house age"" standards. There are more professional steps to recommend.
Where I live a lot of neighbors have root problems. I have dealt with the problem for years. All the newer plumbing is not near where there are roots/trees. They tried to convince me theirs was the only option.
They charged me too much for an accidental, temporary fix.
Another plumber with a better, not best size snake, found no blockage for another ten feet. Then the hard sell for hydro jet first, at twice the going rate, then the camera etc., etc.,....
Still looking for an honest plumber....

Unreliable. John has a difficult time keeping his appointments. Twice we made an appointment and he was a no show! He did not even bother to call to apologize. I don't know about you, but my time is way to valuable for this kind of business.

John arrived at my house right on time as scheduled. I described the issue and he knew what to do immediately and took care my problem. He made some recommendations and improvements to my drainage problem that were smart things to do to mitigate future problems. In addition, he snaked not only from the clean outs, but also from the roof vents to make sure all vertical wall drain pipes were free and clear of any clogging. I would definitely call John again regarding any future plumbing problems.

John is a great guy. He is honest and fair. We called for a backed up shower and bubbling adjacent toilet. We got his voicemail but he promptly called back and was in the area finishing up a job. He was at our house about 15 mins later. He cleaned out our drain and advised us on the necessary future repairs. We were very happy with his work and friendly demeanor. We would recommend and call again.

John and his team were fast and professional. They came out very quickly and replaced my old and broken water heater. I am very happy with his work, it was excellent and perfect. They replaced all the feed hoses for both water and gas to the water heater. They ran a drainage line to the exterior of my house for the water heater. They even replaced a garden hose faucet in the backyard that was leaking. I would recommend John's Plumbing to anyone without hesitation, an excellent company with excellent people.
