Received an estimate for a hot water heater that would only be heating a shower and washer/dryer in a mom n law suite attached to the main house. My biz partner got the bid which was 2700 for an 80 gallon tank???? I got to the house Friday afternoon and the two guys were wrapping up saying they didn't have a tub for the 80 gallon tank and suggested I go buy one at lowes!! They then told us we needed to cut a piece of plywood for the floor and would be back on Monday to complete the job. I They left for The Weekend leaving the house with no hot water. One of the two workers was argumentative, last and unwilling to finish the job the day they were there. I called in Monday to inform them if the problems I had and they didn't care and threatened us with a restocking fee for the 80 gallon tank. Terrible service, terrible job!!!

I highly recommend them. They are honest, knowledgeable, and came when they said they would. I was so impressed with their ability to figure out the problem and get it fixed right away. I've had them out twice. One for a broken pipe in the bathroom on the 2nd floor, which leaked down to the first floor. The other with our septic. Both times excellent service.

not happy with being charged $285 to dig a hole, straighten my outdoor hydrant. No leak!. Most expensive hole digger in town. I did call and ask why so much for digging a hole? Was told about the cost of being in business, insurance, taxes etc. Needless to say, I will not call them again. I had no qualms about paying the $39.00 come out fee but I cannot see paying a service charge of $285.00 to do nothing but dig a hole and say hey lady you don't have a leak. That seemed overpriced to me. Yes, the man deserved to get paid for digging a hole but 285 an hour seemed a wee bit overpriced.

You might as well call Comcast if you wanna deal with poor follow up and service. I scheduled a same day appointment due to having no water and was told someone would be out between 12-5. I was told someone call me and tell me when they were on the way. 7pm comes around and still no call from anyone not even a representative saying they couldn't make it out. I get a call from the office lady the next day and all she had to say was sorry. No worries it's not like I haven't been out of water for 24 hours with livestock and animals to keep watered in these hot conditions. Luckily American Pump and Electric came through with wonderful service and resolved my issues unlike Comcast. I mean Johns.

Johns Plumbing was awesome. Tony and Nick were totally professionsal and knowledgeable. The technician diagnosed the problem accurately and repaired it quickly. I was impressed how quickly they found the source and repaired it. My wife and I are very pleased with the service and highly recommend them.

We faced a costly leak between the water meter and the house. We received quotes from plumbers on trenching as well as directional boring. We chose directional boring as the solution.

John's pricing was competitive, but ultimately we chose them because of their professionalism. Chris assessed the issue, and wrote up a proposal on the spot (no, they didn't charge me for the quote). After reviewing my options, I called them back a couple weeks later, and we agreed to a final price and schedule. It was a no-pressure situation, and it was all handled very fairly.

The directional boring machine arrived on schedule, and Chris managed the situation. The job went smoothly, and was completed same day.

The people I worked with at John's communicated very well, and know what they're doing.

I plan to use them in the future should the need arise.

Can't go wrong here. Fast, price was very reasonable. I have found my plumber for sure.
Whatever you do, don't use A+, they really tried to rip me off. Quoated me $1400 and had the job done for $250, this was 5 years ago and everything still working perfectly. John's plumbing and pumps you can trust. Thanks Chris for a great job.

Our well pump died late last night and someone from John's was there when I called, explaining the next steps and assuring me that someone would come out to inspect the well first thing in the morning. Sure enough, they called right when he said they would, and sent a pro out to inspect the damage. He walked me through the different tests that were being done and was patient with my questions. After evaluating the situation, he confirmed that it was a dead pump. They had the line up and replaced the pump in only a couple hours.

They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them for well servicing!!

John's plumbing doesn't guarantee work. I wish I had talked to a friend first before calling Johns. He also had work done by John's plumbing and had the same experience. I will never use them again
