Don't even go there. Not thorough and then blames old plumbing your problem.Even after they were hired to repair old plumbing damage? So you left a fitting loose and if falls apart and floods my crawlspace? Now it's my problem? Been a contractor for 40 yrs in another trade and once in a while things happen. But being a quality contractor you half to eat it and make it right for the customer to build a quality company. Or you can just depend on a constant new base.
