Part 1 John was efficient, reliable and extremely helpful for our time in need, which was today during the last of this frigid weather. He came to fix what we thought was a broken pipe and via his thorough investigation, he discovered that the pipe did not burst. Still, he stayed around to help heat the pipe and set up so that it could defrost safely and get our water going again.

Part 2: After the thaw continued on the same day John visited, a completely different pipe burst. We call John back and he came to fix the pipe, which was not easy since it was located in a hard to reach part of the house. He was able to solder the pipe together, even when the cold had expanded the pipe to a different circumference then before.

Part 3: The following day when things got even warmer, we discovered that the same pipe further down the line had latent pinhole leaks that unearthed, so John again was able to come and replace the whole line in record time. Thanks to him, we figured out the problems and now we have hot water again.

If we need his plumbing help in the future, it is no question we will give him a call.

I would recommend John 100%. We called him in the morning he came within the hour. His prices were extremely fair and he went out if the way to explain everything he was doing. I hesitate to write this review because I don't want to hear that John is unavailable the next time I need his incredible services. But I guess I have to in fairness to him.

Every glowing review about John on Yelp does not do him justice. He is every bit and more, the professional, good natured, humble, focused person that people here have described him to be.

His work is beyond excellent, his prices fair and I have to say that he restored my faith in the plumbing industry.

Btw, he replaced a 25 year old water heater for me and I highly recommend him and will call on him the next time I need a plumber.

I found myself without any water at all due to a faulty valve at the main. I called John due to his 5 star reviews on YELP. Thank you all for the recommendation of John.
John arrived within an hour of our conversation, and quickly assessed the problem. He patiently waited while the Town of Hempstead Water Department sent out an employee to turn off the water in the street. He replaced 2 antiquated valves and within a very reasonable amount of time, completed the job and left the work area spotless. I will have John back for a couple of other plumbing issues that need to be addressed, and highly recommend him for his punctuality, knowledge of his trade, professionalism, kind and polite demeanor, not to mention his fair pricing. Thank you John!!!!

John was GREAT!! friendly, professional and great work ethic. He came out to my residence the next day. He fixed my leaky kitchen sink fast without issue. The pricing was reasonable. He also fixed a small bathroom issue i was having for no extra cost. I will be calling him back to fix an upstairs bathroom shower problem. He said he will work with me on pricing if necessary.
