Had John here today to repair the guts for our big bathroom toilet. Seems a piece was broken and needed replacement. We called John Monday, February 5th, he said he could get to late in the day, but we had another appointment. So, John said he'd come to us first thing Tuesday morning. We'll, that's exactly what he did. He repaired the toilet and snaked out another sink in the house. He was finished within 45 minutes - an hour.
He was neat, professional (he even took off his shoes in our house so as not to track in any dirt) & his price was more than fair for his labor and materials. We highly recommend him. And, we will be using him again in the Spring for a bigger project on our plumbing system.

All the service people out there, take cue from John on how to run a business! Don't scam your customers for short term gains. You want long term, repeating customers!

I've hired John twice already and he is my go-to guy for all my plumbing needs. He is fair on pricing and very professional. He cleans up after the work (plumbing is dirty no matter how hard you try) and making sure the job is done well.

The first time (about 6 years ago) he fixed a toilet issue not getting installed correctly, which cause a small leak into the first floor. There were no issues after that. This time I called John immediately (I kept his fridge magnet) after I had a clogged Kitchen sink. I spent all Sunday trying to fix the issue, but to no avail. I finally called John and he came over the next day. He found the issue and unclogged my drain. I learned some things from him on maintaining a clean pipe (don't use Drain-o!) and my steam heating system.

I don't think I would hire any other plumbers besides John. He only does work in Nassau County, mainly South Shore and near Westbury. Highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs!
