John's Plumbing sent someone out to look at doing some repairs on our house in FL. I had requested that they come out and give me an estimate first, however the tech. showed up and said """"this won't be to bad."""" So he had to make 2 trips to town because he didn't have everything on his truck. When the job was finished he brought me the bill.....$689.60! After talking to another plumber and showing him the job he said it shouldn't have cost more than $250, and that would be on the high side. When I ask the tech about the price he told me he didn't control the prices and gave me the bill. After calling the company 3 times I finally got ahold of John. He told me that he would look into it and check with his tech and get back to me..... that hasn't happen. Total job start to finish, including his drive time, was 4 hours. I have priced all the material at home depot and it came to $80.00. I just want people to know that they need to watch this company. I have learned my lesson and will be sure to not make that mistake again.
