I had a leak within the walls of one of my bathrooms. I found Johns Plumbing on line and a supervisor came out to take a look. After walking around the house this supervisor said that he could send over a specialist to investigate further for a 300. charge up front. This specialist came out and walked around like the supervisor had done and then states that I need the whole house repiped for 9000.00. I told him I needed to think about it over night. I then was able to reach a plumber that was recommended and he discovered it was the Hot water side that needed repiping not the whole house. His company completed the job for half the cost. Do not use John's Plumbing or at least get a second opinion,

I had them come out to replace 2 washer valves. He installed them without putting in a utility box and they wobble all over. On top of that I came home a few weeks later from a 9 day vaction and found water leaking out the garage. Pulled the washer away and he installed the washer hose crooked and it leaked. What a rip off company.

I called them to put in a water heater they were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Ask for Jackson very professional and knew what he was doing and listen to what I had to say about the work that they were going to do. I recommend this company.

I called John's Plumbing on a Friday because both toliets were backed up and wouldn't flush. They came out, snaked the drain and the toliets flushed again. On Monday morning, both toliets were again backed up and wouldn't flush so I called at 8:15 am and asked them to come back out. I was told that the technician was on a job at the moment and I would be the next service call. The estimated time was 1-3 hours. After not hearing from anyone, I called again at 1 pm and was told that the technician would be coming that day. I called again after 3 after not hearing from anyone and was told that they """"guaranteed"""" that someone would be coming THAT DAY. I called and left 4 messages after 5 pm. No one ever showed up or returned my calls. I missed an entire day's pay and waited all day for nothing. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

If I could, I would review the plumbers and office staff separately because the two are night and day. Water started pooling in my laundry room whenever I ran the washer. John's was the only one that responded out of several plumbing companies I called. It took two visits by the plumbers to detect the source of the leak, which was a crack in the vent line. They investigated further and detected severe backups in two other areas. The plumbers were very thorough in explaining the scope of the work and presenting me with the pros and cons of each possible method for completing the repairs. Ultimately, I decided to replace all the cast iron piping in my house with PVC. Every step of the way, the plumbers kept me informed, answering my questions and easing my concerns. They were patient, friendly, professional, and tidy in cleaning up the mess created by the repairs. They get 5 stars. Now, for the office. Communication between the staff is very poor. I would call with a question and be told that the message had to be relayed to someone else. Then, I would find out a couple days later after not hearing back that the person never received the message. This happened several times. The office manager gave me an attitude when I asked for specifics about the timeframe of the job so I could coordinate somewhere else to stay. Even though her demeanor improved towards the end of the job, the overall customer service of the office staff is lacking. They get 3.

I am a first time home owner and single mom. After living in my new condo for only 3 months I had a major leak coming out of my baseboard and flooding my home. Not knowing who to call I went on google and looked for a local 24/7 plumbing company. John's plumbing stood out to me because I saw that they were under new owner ship and it was a small local business. As a small business owner myself I like to support small business. I called John's plumbing and was greeted by Gino the owner. I explained my issue and he had Adam his supervisor come out right away. Adam was very friendly, professional and also warm and sensitive to my problem, seeing that I was a stressed out mom, home schooling 2 kids. He was very honest about my issue, and I felt I was given a fair price, he even worked with me a little on the price, because I also had to hire a water restoration company. I asked Adam for a referral to a water restore company and he suggested the one that John's plumbing works alongside with. They were also Amazing! During my repairs I communicated with Patty and Mia at the office who were absolutely wonderful working around my busy schedule. I had direct contact with everyone 24/7. I felt very good about my decision, I was not treated like another transaction. I was treated like family! The work was done by Bryan, he was very fast and efficient and professional, but also kind and friendly to me, my children and my dog. He worked around the fact that I had to be home with no water for a couple hours and made the repair painless. Adam followed up with me after the work was done to make sure I was happy with everything and also to check on me knowing how stressed out about the leak. I do not have enough words to express how thankful and grateful I am to all of the staff at John's Plumbing! I will forever be a customer. Side Note! These guys are crooks. I wish I had read these reviews before calling. They came out on day one and fixed one of two plumbing issues. I was told a part was necessary for the one job and he did not carry it in his truck. I was instructed to make an appointment for the next day. Which I did. Unfortunately I paid for both jobs. I never saw John's Plumbing again. The dispatcher assured me the plumber was coming. I'm still waiting. That was over a month again. I hope John's Plumbing rots.

Today is the second time I have used John's plumbing. First in November 2018, for a leaking toilet in my Master bathroom and today for a loose seal in my cabana bathroom. I was incredibly happy with the first repair, so I tried them again. Same day service on both jobs. I was given a full explanation of the work that needed to be done as well as the price. I would use them again and I will recommend them to my friends. The unhappy reviews of John's seem to be from several years ago, so I am thinking they have made changes for the better!

I had an appointment for Tuesday. Took off work for an 8am appt. By 1050 and after numerous calls to see where the repair tech is and being told he is almost there I canceled and rescheduled for Friday. I was promised a first 8am appt due to the issue. Friday came and by 9am Im told the tech is loading the truck and will be there. So already late I find out after the tech arrives that he was sent to an appt before me when I was supposed to be the first. The technician was great and fixed all the problems but dont expect promises from the office or where the driver is to be accurate.
