I called for the mainline to be snaked. They came next day and could not clear the clog on the first pass and immediately start trying to sell me on either a $20,000 fix or a smaller $3,700 fix. I told them to just locate the issue for me and to try to snake from another point. They had to charge me an additional service to run the snake from a separate cleanout and still could not clear the clog. Spent over $1000 on nothing. They are more concerned with upselling me on services I do not need rather than solving the issue. The techs were arguing and didn't have a great grasp of hydrodynamics either. I called out a deferent plumber the next day and he resolved my issue.

Our experience with John's Plumbing was fantastic. Every aspect of their operation was on point. The scheduling was accommodating and the onsite service from Khari was first rate and respectful. Khari was very conscientious in the way he went about the repairs to an older home. We had to replace the shower faucets in our guest bathroom as well as replace the old cast iron drainpipe in our laundry room. All done very professionally. I would recommend John's Plumbing any time.

I normally do not recommend services, but my experience with Darren was exceptional. Darren is an asset to your company. He worked at identifying my problems and solving them. He is knowledgeable, considerate, respectful and customer service oriented. He took his time explaining what he found and how he was going to fix them, while not complaining once about the 100 degree weather.

Customer service at John's plumbing is amazing. I needed a hot water outlet faucet from my washing machine replaced. John came out and gave me an estimate and asked me if I wanted the work done. Because I wasn't aware the price of plumbing repairs. I was a bit hesitant.. I honestly don't know what is fair price, but I do know what is excellent customer service and quality repair. In the long run, I would use John again, but I would probably receive some competitive bits before agreeing to.
