LOUSY!! They came out to fix a wiring issue and leaky valve for my brand new dishwasher. 2 days it stopped working. This is a1pm, so I'm waiting and waiting for ten to come. I finally called them AGAIN and she said he's on his way. HE NEVER SHOWED UP! And now they are not taken my calls. STAY FAR AWAY my Friends

We've used them in the past and we won't be using them again. We called them at 7 AM yesterday morning about a toilet that had flooded, and they said they'd be here shortly. I stayed here waiting for them for hours. We called to follow up several times throughout the day and the phone rang and rang. They never showed up and never called us back. Got a call today casually asking """"if we still needed them"""". Not even a cursory apology. The other reviews are right.... go elsewhere

Today is the second time I have used John's plumbing. First in November 2018, for a leaking toilet in my Master bathroom and today for a loose seal in my cabana bathroom. I was incredibly happy with the first repair, so I tried them again. Same day service on both jobs. I was given a full explanation of the work that needed to be done as well as the price. I would use them again and I will recommend them to my friends. The unhappy reviews of John's seem to be from several years ago, so I am thinking they have made changes for the better!

We needed to change our under the counter water filter- easy job right? Wrong! Our valves are so old it was impossible. My always go to plumber retired so I had no idea who to call. I went online & found John's Plumbing. I called them yesterday and asked for someone to come out today. I had a mixup on the time & the girl in the office was great she sent me Brian & Jackson These guys were great ! They Introduced themselves immediately and agreed with my old valves- now I have new valves & fresh drinking water... Looks like I have a new go-to plumber. Thank you!!

These guys are crooks. I wish I had read these reviews before calling. They came out on day one and fixed one of two plumbing issues. I was told a part was necessary for the one job and he did not carry it in his truck. I was instructed to make an appointment for the next day. Which I did. Unfortunately I paid for both jobs. I never saw John's Plumbing again. The dispatcher assured me the plumber was coming. I'm still waiting. That was over a month again. I hope John's Plumbing rots.

I had an appointment for Tuesday. Took off work for an 8am appt. By 1050 and after numerous calls to see where the repair tech is and being told he is almost there I canceled and rescheduled for Friday. I was promised a first 8am appt due to the issue. Friday came and by 9am Im told the tech is loading the truck and will be there. So already late I find out after the tech arrives that he was sent to an appt before me when I was supposed to be the first. The technician was great and fixed all the problems but dont expect promises from the office or where the driver is to be accurate.

This is the worst service ever. From telling customer that they need to bring a machine that cost $325 to find a leak and then they show up telling you the ear is the best machine. To one of their plumbers not showing up to work and not even a courtesy call telling you hey we are not coming to repair your leak. And lastly spending a full day repairing to leave the bathtub faucet full of black tape because they broke all the tiles. Horrible customer service and horrible work.

Johns plumbing was very reasonable in prices by far compared to other companies also bidding for this project. Their scheduling was not a big deal if you take in consideration that fact that their a small company. I will work with them again a and would recommend them to my neighbors.

I just posted an excellent review about this business less than 2 weeks ago and now have to take it all back. Nine days after fixing a broken pipe on the exterior of our house, the repair failed and we woke up Sunday morning to no water. We immediately called John's and were told they would come out right after the call they were on. That was at 9:00 a.m. After several calls, we cancelled the plans we had for late afternoon because they promised the plumber would come by. Around 3:00, they asked if they could make us the first call the next morning - today - because the job they were working was bigger than they thought. They said they would come by at 7:00 a.m., so we left for a hotel so we could shower. This morning, my husband left early for the house to be sure he was home when they arrived. It is now 8:30 at night and, you guessed it, no plumber today! In the morning, the excuse was that someone made a mistake and sent the guys out on a different call instead of to us. By this afternoon, still no one after many promises. They even gave us the plumber's cell phone number and he promised he would come by. Didn't happen. All I can say is, do NOT use them. Lots of empty promises with no follow-through.

Is there a way to put in a minus star to the rating? Man, I got royally shafted by these people. I called them first because in the past they had done a great job for me, but this time around, I made the mistake to trust and not get a quote upfront for the work they where about to perform, and this opened a door to let them take me to the cleaners. What was a job that shouldn't of costed me no more than say $150 (clear a blockage in the pipe - I know this, because I called someone else), they presented a bill to me that could have gone to $1000!!! My g'd! What a terrible feeling! Stay away, call the next guy, this is just not going to well for you. Lesson learned!
