This guy is a scammer. Straight up. Regardless if he un understands plumbing well, he's a scammer of a business man. He uses his knowledge as a means to get some type of money out of you and then disappears, playing the old cat and mouse routine....... This guy showed up to my home on his own accord with an excuse that he happened to be passing by and so decided to ring my bell,.... This guy is like a leach at first and then all of a sudden is too busy. Took a deposit from me and ran. He tries to get you to Zelle upfront money. BEWARE! The Owners name is Giovanni but he goes by John, Johnny, Paul & many other alias. Met him through a plumbing company he contracted for that dispatched him for a job. He gave me his personal business card during the call. A year later I called the # for a new job.He tried to get $4500 telling me business was bad & he can do a bathroom renovation for 9k if I give him half immediately. I declined. He Charged me $225 for 1 faucet replacement installation. Faucet fell off during first use. Called him within an hour of installation. He made 8 appointments over 45 days & never showed up. Through research, I got his personal info & called his wife who is a sweet lady. He threatened to disappear with my money if I called her again. He then disappeared. I called her again & finally got a refund legal action. Don't trust this con artist!
