I hired John to re do my entire house. He showed up every day on time. In total he redid 3 bathrooms 2 kitchens. A water heAter , a super store tank. Every job was clean and done right. I highly recommend this plumber.

Let me first preface this by saying that I am writing this review because I called into John's Plumbing main office this week four (4) seperate times trying to reach a manager. Each time I was told a manger would call me back before the end of the business day... Four calls and four days later, I've resorted to Yelp so that others can be warned.

The way this company is run should tell you everything you need to know about why you shouldn't consider them for any of your residential needs. There is a complete lack of respect for customers which starts at their leadership team and works all the way down to their part-time employees. If you value a company that ACTUALLY values you as a customer, I would suggest looking elsewhere. I've heard nothing but bad things from my peers regarding this company and my one encounter with them only served to fortify that notion. Work with this company at your own risk. Good luck!

This is the worst plumber that anyone could possibly hire. I made the mistake of hiring him to install a heating system, run baseboard heat, and work on a new bathroom.
He removed the old heating system through the house without protecting any of our floors or carpets - ruining our carpets and leaving soot throughout. W
The new $10,000 heating system NEVER worked properly even after his associate worked on it. It went out countless times - so many that he taught us how to prime the system to get it running. We finally hired another company that was able to fix it - and thankfully they did in one visit.
He installed a heating pipe across the ceiling - and told us that we would just need to bump out the sheetrock on the ceiling for the pipe.
This is the most unprofessional plumber you could hire. In additon to the above, he smoked IN my home and I was left to clean up the butts.

Our new plumber is the opposite...I have nothing but glowing reports for him!
