New to the area, and needed oil for my furnace. My home was ice cold, so I slept at a family members home. Was not given a delivery time or courtesy call, so John's Oil told me tough luck, they wouldn't be helping me restart my oil. Called them twice to let them know I'd be home in 5 minutes, was hung up on. Finally reached them and was charged $140 for them to drive back down the street to restart my furnace. This company is poorly run, unprofessional, and should not exist.

Incredibly rude and totally unprofessional!! When we called for information, they told us that because we were only calling for information and wouldn't commit to giving them all of our future business that we ""were not worth even adding to the system."" And they hung up! I would suggest if you want a kind and professional oil company, look elsewhere!
