I recently hired John to finish up some stucco, cover the back of the garage and other jobs that were needed at my new place. Basically he was there a couple of days fixing all types of stuff for me as I just purchased a duplex and needed some stuff done. He did awesome work and I'd use him again in a hesrtbeat!

Thank you yelp! John came to my rescue at both of my houses. He has so much experience in a array of fields that really does make him a 'handy' guy to have on speed dial .

He is a fair and detail oriented kinda guy. Very respectful , cleans up after himself and works with a smile and is easy going . He has shown me other projects he has done... (Tile work , fireplace remodel, kitchen remodel...) that has given me more ideas to spruce up my houses .

In a world where there is always someone out there to make a easy buck, John works hard at each task he is given. Very happy with his work ethic and would happily recommend to others .

I had John come out on 2 occasions last week. The hose bib and new door with doggy door are pics from my home. I was pleased with the door, so I asked him to put in a new hose bib and install exterior motion light fixtures a couple of days later. John was personable, punctual, skilled, very fairly priced, and conscientious.
