Very talented Boss man, know his stuff in my opinion. We had a violation and he came to check it out and knew what it was without even looking at the violation paperwork. Kinda pricey though but they did try to do a little adjustment. Had a little hiccup but got resolved, the worker came out on a very cold day, check the boiler, realized that some kinda pump went bad, he went out and got the part and installed it, then waited for an one hour to ensure heat was coming up to the apartment, and text again later that night to see if things are going well. And that is what I call great customer service. With that said, I would have them do some more work for me in the future, as soon as I can afford it.

This is honestly one of the best plumbers that I've ever hired. I had three other plumbers come and check why I couldn't get gas to my stove and I'm talking about licensed guys that seemed very experienced and professional but none of them seemed to be able to fix it. I then decided to call national grid and they came only to tell me I need a licensed plumber and that the gas line is adequate. Johnnys plumbing sent a plumber over that was here for literally 20 minutes. He found the problem and fixed it and had my stove on and working all for 200$ which is less than I paid some guys to come diagnose the problem and not even find out what was wrong. I just have to say thank you I was almost about to spend 1800$ replacing the whole gas line not to mention what the permits might have costed me. You guys are definitely going to be my first call next time.

This man came and worked on our boiler, replaced a thermocouple (an 8-10$ part) and charged $300.00. This was a year ago. This year we are starting up our boiler for the season and it looks like the part he used went out again. at closer inspection of this part, he stripped the part that connects it to the gas so we are unable to replace it and he cross-threaded the piece connected to the pilot burner which broke off inside the burner with little provocation. Now we are left to replace more parts because of his shotty rushed work. I doubt the life of a thermocouple is one winter. On another incident, we called him to come to look at the boiler again (not too long ago) and without even knowing what the issue was or how much work he needed to do he said it would be $400.00. I agree with Candy C., THIS MAN IS A CON MAN.

TERRIBLE. just TERRIBLE. The head plumber's name is Johnny and he is soo rude and arrogant. Oh and did i mention, childish and unprofessional? He insulted and harassed my architect who has been doing his job for several years now and he even insulted myself! He kept trying to act like he knew more than an architect when it comes to the DOB . And then he attempts to try to make me feel like a moron because i did not understand a few plumbing ""terms"". Sir, i am not a plumber, you are the one who needs to be knowledgeable of the terms, NOT ME. OH AND DID I MENTION, he tried to scam me! He claimed the job needed walls to be broken and pipes to be replaced when i received a second opinion that stated that NONE OF THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I am reporting this poor excuse for a plumber to the BBB for harassment and scam. He is sad excuse for a human being and a person i intend NOT TO WORK WITH.
