Johnny always does a great job. Has been my plummer for almost 15 years now. Has done things as small as
unclogging drains to major jobs like replacing my main line from the street and this filtration system. He is very punctual and gets the job done right the first time and always cleans up afterward. I would recommend him to anyone.

this service came out to a warm water floor in the master toilet area, which is frightening i'll give you that. When he showed up he himed/hawed about having to charge me a straight fee of $1800 guessing we may have the dreaded slab leak. Turns out we didn't (was a kinked copper pipe behind the toilet in the wall. It took him 45-60 minutes to remove the toilet, cut a hole in the wall and see the leak, which was readily repaired and based on his experience (which i relied upon) stated this is where he surmised the leak was coming from. Even though the order states ""jack hammer concrete replacement as a rough patch"", no jack hammering took place, since he ""heard"" the leak emanating from the wall. Well, he mentioned the water heater was getting on 13 yrs, so (trusting him) i had him replace that, which the cost of parts/labor was reasonable for the time (2008); now, I have had the hwh replaced and the journeyman plumber told me some of the copper joints were flexed but not solder welded properly. Moreover he reused the existing flex copper piping that goes into the top of the hwh. How gullible am I, not to notice new wasn't installed and as a customer, is it up to me to inspect the welds? labor costs were $1900, materials $900 and i had tile and wall repairs to cope with after that. Buyer beware and be clear of what the job entails and actually turns out to be.

If u need ur water heater replaced or even looked at call John. They are super knowledgeable and they know what they are doing.
Our water heater went out on us so I started calling around to find someone to come fix it for us. Everyone was either telling me they couldn't come until Monday or they wanted to charge an arm n a leg to replace it. I called John n he had Michael come out within an hour of me calling him and he was charging a reasonable price. The best part is he wasn't trying to con me into getting parts that didn't need replacing.
Thank u so much John for getting my family and me hot water again u guys are a life saver!!!

He knows his stuff. Make sure you get a quote before hiring. I felt like I paid more than twice what I should have.

At first Johnny seemed like a really stand up guy. He came out and fixed my water heater for a fair price . He and his crew left some garbage behind but nothing major. Then I have him out for another job related to the sprinklers. Everything seems ok until I notice one set of sprinklers does not turn on. I call Johnny and ask him about it. He tells me he'll come out and take a look. He tells me this at least two times over the phone and never shows up. I do some digging and it turns out the set the wasn't working is no longer hooked up to the main water line. No wonder he didn't want to come out. Also, we agreed in a price and he ended up charging me 300 more. I didn't argue since at that point he seemed to be a good guy.

Johnny & Mike are fantastic!
They arrived when they said they would, explained everything thoroughly and did a GREAT job! Thanks again for sharing your expertise. You'll be at the top of my recommendations.

I had a leak and a damaged ceiling over the Labor Day weekend. When called to Johnny, he answered the phone right away and scheduled a time to come on the holiday, instead of going to fishing as planned. They showed up on time, quickly identified the problem and fixed it, and came back couple of days later to patched the ceiling. All work were done in high quality and in professional manner. He even gave me a discount in price!. Thanks Johnny and the team. Really appreciate your help. Highly recommended.

Johnny and his team are very professional. My problem (pipe broke in front yard) happened late last night. They were here first thing in the morning right on time. ( meanwhile we closed the water for a few hours no biggie since we were all sleeping . The job took about an hour and he didn't leave until he made sure we had a good amount of water pressure inside the house and also giving a few tips here and there. I will defiantly use them again for any plumbing issues. We also got a 30 day warranty.

Johnny came to my rental property within 30 minutes of making contact with him to repair a busted pipe and fix a water line. It was extremely hot outside and no heat was coming in so I am extremely grateful for the quick fix and great service. Price was reasonable as well. I would use him again.

Johnny was able to come out right away & fix our problem right away. Very helpful & informative. I can say I found my plumber if I have any other issues & will recommend him if asked if I know a plumber.
