I had a drain problem at my rental unit that I couldn't fix myself so I reluctantly called in the professionals. Johnny answered promptly and was at my rental immediately. Johnny diagnosed the problem and gave me 2 quotes, one where he dug the hole and a lower one where I dug the hole. Being cheap, I dug the hole and, later that day, Johnny came back to repair the sewer line and I filled it back in the next day. Johnny's prices were very reasonable, he did excellent work and he cared about getting the problem, not just the symptoms, corrected. I would highly recommend him!

Thank you Johnny Plumbing for helping us out with our water heater. What we thought would be a quick fix by replacing a thermocouple turned out to be a complete change out of a new water heater. Wasn't something we anticipated, but Johnny explained what needed to be done and why. We were grateful for his help being it was the day before the 4th of July and a lot of businesses being closed. A plumbing supply company was working half day and he quickly left to get the parts needed. Once parts were installed, Johnny stayed around to test and make sure the water heater was working properly.

Johnny answered his phone right away and showed up right on time. Thank you again for your service

This guy is great! I had called him because the pressure relief valve on my water heater was leaking. I had had this problem before and needed to replace the valve.

I saw the reviews on Yelp and decided to give him a call. After explaining the problem the first question he asked was if the valve had be open recently. I told him it was opened while flushing the sediment out of the heater. He told me to just tap the valve with hammer and if it didn't close then he would come out and replace it. Well, tapping the valve worked.

I was impressed because he could have just come out and unnecessarily charge me for a repair but he didn't. If I have a major plumbing problem in the future he will be the first one I call.

These guys are great... my house is in Woodland Hills so they have a rather large territory. Originally my contractor used them to swap locations of my sink and oven, which included a lot of plumbing both inside my home and down in the crawl space. Everything came out clean and very well done... I needed a line put in for my new fridge and again they offered very professional service at a reasonable rate. Thanks guys, much appreciated!

While working on irrigation in my yard I found out that my Water Pressure Regulator for my house was no longer working. Johnny was one of the plumbers I called. His price beat the competitor, he was courteous in conversation, and was even able to come and put in a new regulator for me the same day! Before he left he answered a question I had about my irrigation project and he gave me some tape to put around my exposed copper pipes in my garage so when I insulate them I would not have to buy an entire roll for just a small job.

Completely upset that I used this person, again feeling defrauded by plumbers. This person guarantees his work but will not even patch it up, overpriced and once hey gets his money he won't be as nice, keep away from people that don't keep their word, no integrity, he said he would come back to patch and then refused stating he was not responsible. I will never use this service again and neither should you.

I recently had a gas line with a leak, it had to get shut off in the middle of the work week. I really did not know who to call and no one even the guy who shut off our gas couldn't give me a referral. I had recently seen a family member use Yelp to find a fresh juice bar and a great place to get her hair cut, so I gave Yelp a try to look for a local (AV area) plumber. I tried Home Adviser it had some good pricing info which gave me an idea of low, middle and higher end cost that I might be paying but there was not anyone in my area on there. Once on Yelp called 4 plumbers. John from Johnny's plumbing was the only one who would come out to check on the problem that day as long as I didn't mind him coming out in the later evening.

To summarize; I had a good experience with John. The price was reasonable , he got the problem fixed and he showed me the work when he was finished. From the minute he and his helper arrived they got to work, with in 1-2 hrs everything was back up and running good! Since there were no additional leaks in our lines the price I payed was the price he quoted. I'm a do it your self -er but I don't touch gas lines when John and I went over the work he did I could tell I was dealing with a good plumber who is confident in his work and is good at his trade.
It felt good to finally find a trades man I know, knows his stuff and will do any future work excellent.
There maybe other good plumbers out there but luckily from this situation, I know longer need to look. Thanks Johnny :)

As soon as john got here he started working on my backed up toilet and shower. He went on my roof to find the clog but there was none so he had to dig up the pipes and that's where my problem was. He showed me everything that he was doing and tested all my pipes as he was working to make sure everything drained well like it should. He doesn't give you the run around and is a very honest man. He even discounted my price since the problem was elsewhere but he still looked for it in all possible places. If you want someone honest and not scared to get dirty call john. I'm very pleased with his work and will definitely be calling him back next week so he can run a camera through my plumbing. From now on he will be the first one I call when I have an issue with my plumbing. He's quality of work is well worth the price. Not to mention he has very good prices for a licensed contractor.
