These guys are great... my house is in Woodland Hills so they have a rather large territory. Originally my contractor used them to swap locations of my sink and oven, which included a lot of plumbing both inside my home and down in the crawl space. Everything came out clean and very well done... I needed a line put in for my new fridge and again they offered very professional service at a reasonable rate. Thanks guys, much appreciated!

While working on irrigation in my yard I found out that my Water Pressure Regulator for my house was no longer working. Johnny was one of the plumbers I called. His price beat the competitor, he was courteous in conversation, and was even able to come and put in a new regulator for me the same day! Before he left he answered a question I had about my irrigation project and he gave me some tape to put around my exposed copper pipes in my garage so when I insulate them I would not have to buy an entire roll for just a small job.

Completely upset that I used this person, again feeling defrauded by plumbers. This person guarantees his work but will not even patch it up, overpriced and once hey gets his money he won't be as nice, keep away from people that don't keep their word, no integrity, he said he would come back to patch and then refused stating he was not responsible. I will never use this service again and neither should you.

I recently had a gas line with a leak, it had to get shut off in the middle of the work week. I really did not know who to call and no one even the guy who shut off our gas couldn't give me a referral. I had recently seen a family member use Yelp to find a fresh juice bar and a great place to get her hair cut, so I gave Yelp a try to look for a local (AV area) plumber. I tried Home Adviser it had some good pricing info which gave me an idea of low, middle and higher end cost that I might be paying but there was not anyone in my area on there. Once on Yelp called 4 plumbers. John from Johnny's plumbing was the only one who would come out to check on the problem that day as long as I didn't mind him coming out in the later evening.

To summarize; I had a good experience with John. The price was reasonable , he got the problem fixed and he showed me the work when he was finished. From the minute he and his helper arrived they got to work, with in 1-2 hrs everything was back up and running good! Since there were no additional leaks in our lines the price I payed was the price he quoted. I'm a do it your self -er but I don't touch gas lines when John and I went over the work he did I could tell I was dealing with a good plumber who is confident in his work and is good at his trade.
It felt good to finally find a trades man I know, knows his stuff and will do any future work excellent.
There maybe other good plumbers out there but luckily from this situation, I know longer need to look. Thanks Johnny :)

As soon as john got here he started working on my backed up toilet and shower. He went on my roof to find the clog but there was none so he had to dig up the pipes and that's where my problem was. He showed me everything that he was doing and tested all my pipes as he was working to make sure everything drained well like it should. He doesn't give you the run around and is a very honest man. He even discounted my price since the problem was elsewhere but he still looked for it in all possible places. If you want someone honest and not scared to get dirty call john. I'm very pleased with his work and will definitely be calling him back next week so he can run a camera through my plumbing. From now on he will be the first one I call when I have an issue with my plumbing. He's quality of work is well worth the price. Not to mention he has very good prices for a licensed contractor.

The sink in our office clogged up on a busy-crazy-how many more things can go wrong- kind of day! I turned to yelp for the first time. Johnny's Plumbing had 5 stars after 22+ reviews and I decided to give him a call. He answered his phone immediately, asked me to text the address and arrived at our office within 30 minutes. Took care of the problem, price was fair and even offered a 90 day guarantee when he typically gives 30 days. Very impressed!! If we ever need plumping services again, business or personal, we would definitely call Johnny's Plumbing. I highly recommend him and will tell friends and family. I have a rental property in Palmdale, that was leaking and low pressure with main system
I called Johnny after seeing the reviews on yelp. and set up appointment with Johnny & my tenant. He was be there really quick. and take several times to repair all problem one by one. He called/texted me with the problem that he had found and the cost ahead. He did the job and let me know as soon as he was done. It was quick and easy and the price was fair.

A Short Novel
Johnny basically saved my marriage - well ok that may be a little extreme, but I am not a great plumbing fixer guy. Johnny came to my rescue a few times... Yeah - I suck that much :)

Never really trusting plumbers I finally relented to my wife's insistence and started to look for a plumber. I saw that Johnny received a very high rating up here on Yelp and called him in the morning. He was willing to come out that evening (I have a 60 mile commute) He arrived before me and was super pleasant and friendly, knowing the kind of drive I have. After starting the first of 3 jobs, he at leased praised my efforts but told me I had no chance. He quickly fixed the washer faucet issues and gave me a fair price for the work. Wife was happy. Thank you Johnny.

Later that week, a leak springs from the same pipe in a different spot. It turns out that the pipe was cheap and finally burst after several years. I opened the wall and Johnny came out that day and repaired the pipe. Another quick clean job, and another fair price. As we had the wall opened, I said - you know this would be a great time to do a Box instead of the wall faucets.

We arranged for another visit on 2/5 and Johnny came out to do a complete rebuild of the pipes, drains and faucets. And while he was there - I mentioned that the water regulator to the house was very old. Yeah, we replaced that too. Finally - we were looking at the drain from the furnace and we both disliked the way it was set up. I said please feel free to reroute it and make it more useful. So after a full day of multiple projects, Johnny not only did a great job in doing the plumbing but he also did a great job with the drywall repair after all the work.

Did I mention he gave me such a great deal that I actually gave him more money than he quoted because he earned it.. AND SAVED MY A$$ from my wife....

Lastly, we were talking about Las Vegas and he mentioned a great resort in North Las Vegas. We went there this past weekend. We never left the building, and we had a great time.. Talk about a man who can do it all...

Johnny is on speed dial, I need a new Water heater and we are thinking Tankless.

I conclude this Book with the fact that he is a great Plumber and an equally great man.

I've had a rental property in Lancaster for 5 years now. I usually use Darryll Livermore's plumbing but Darryll was busy today and I needed a gas leak repair ASAP. I looked on Yelp and found Johnny with high stars. I called and set up the appointment between Johnny and my tenants. Johnny was so rude to the tenants. They ended up getting into a huge fight and I had to tell Johnny to leave the property and that I would never use him again.

BTW. Johnny was 350 dollars to inspect and find the leak plus the repair. I found another plumber and just had it fixed... $140 total.
