I noticed water under my porcelain tile kitchen floor. He was certain that my condo did not have a leak, as he checked everything. He was correct, as it turned out to be the neighbor's condo upstairs shower. We share the same kitchen wall.
He was kind enough to follow up with me to make sure everything would be taken care of by the condo owner. I highly recommend Johnny for any plumbing problem!
