I had so many things going wrong in my home. No water pressure, running toilet, replacing the turn on water switch and the list goes on. Johnny will be coming back to trim my hedges. He's a man of many talents. And his pricing is quite reasonable.

I highly recommend Johnny for all your house needs. His experience with plumbing is close to 30 years. Johnny is prompt, cleans up his working space when he's done and is so knowledgeable. I know you will be very happy hiring Johnny.

LET ME JUST GIVE AN UPDATE!! Now Johnny wants to play "MR. NICE GUY" He told me to call his repair guy to come to my house to fix the refrigerator but, not even to fix it to put it how it was before. Because again he is still saying that I am "PLAYING GAMES". I call his repair guy and he tells me he has to call Johnny to get "approval" first even after I told him Johnny told me to call him. Then Johnny calls me back saying he "can't be trusted" because, he read my review and I said yes you can't be trusted. I am getting the run around with you and your so called repair guy who told me he needs permission from you. Johnny then calls me back saying he gave him permission but, doesn't understand why he needs to give him permission to go but,he did. The repair guy Luis calls me back and tells me he will be here between 2p-3p but, that Johnny told him to put the fridge back how it was because, it was working fine. Obviously it wasn't working correctly and, Johnny nor his repair guy Luis know what they are doing either. So, Yes Johnny since you get notices of the yelps and read them, YOU CAN"T BE TRUSTED!!!

Our central AC went out and Johnny came over last minute after working all day to install three window units in our home. He's so kind and knowledgeable. He even went out of his way to make sure the units were safe and secure without damaging the windows. I had him back the next day to help with more installations. Johnny does it all! He's my go-to handyman from now on. We are so appreciative for his kindness. July heat is dangerous and he helped us when I'm sure he was tired after a long days work. Thank you, Johnny! You're an angel!

The leasing company who manages my small apartment complex here in the North Loop neighborhood employs Johnny aka The All Around Handyman. I've been living in apartments for the past 15+ yrs and have encountered countless maintenance men and handymen and he is by far the kindest and most capable one I've ever encountered.

He fixed a plumbing issue in my apartment that had been deemed unfixable by several other handymen and even an expensive third party plumbing company couldn't fix. It took him 15 min, he was upfront with me about what the issue was and after 9 mos of getting the run around I was finally able to use my shower!

More recently he's been working on an apartment here at my complex that had to be gutted and redone after a longtime tenant moved out. He was here bright and early every morning doing repairs and basically working miracles on that apartment. We have several other handymen and also get a lot of contractors in and out of here and he's by far the most respectful and friendly. His wife is his partner and is very sweet and great to talk to.

After watching him work for several weeks and seeing that he had all his own tools and just overall his great attitude and capabilities I asked for his info to pass along to a friend who needs some work done on an older home he just bought. I rarely do Yelp reviews because it's rare these days for someone to be so skilled, efficient, go above and beyond and do it all with a smile. I highly recommend Johnny and hope he gets the business he deserves!

Johnny is by far the best maintenance man I have ever had the pleasure to use. He was extremely friendly, punctual and absolutely knows what he is doing. If you live in the Austin area you have to use Johnny for all your maintenance needs and if you don't live in Austin, I am sorry but you are missing out on the best handy man you could find. He did an incredibly job repairing things in our new home, and as a young couple new to this area we could not be more grateful for the amount he helped, he even replaced an entire sink for us. He truly is a one stop handy man.
