I have used Johnny's services over the past few years doing various services around my previous home and current home, which were pleasant. Two years ago when our HVAC system was near the end of its life, we contacted Johnny's regarding installing a new system-we were told that it wasn't needed yet. Shortly after that the HVAC did quit working and we got a family friend who specializes in HVAC to install a new system for us. Fast forward to 2022, I contacted him about doing another big project with lighting and plumbing. When I called he said he refuses to work with me because I was not ""loyal"" to him and proceeded to hang up the phone. Decide for yourself if that's the kind of attitude you would like to have in your home when looking for repair services.
