My regular plumber was busy so he recommended JP. He came out quick and installed a water heater, however we paid for him to do the inspection of it, sticker it, etc, and he didn't. We have tried calling him over 10x since January, with no one answering or responding to messages. Apparently they're only interested in the big stuff. I'll just wait for my regular plumber from now on.

From the moment I dialed their number through the end of our appointment, I have nothing but praise for this team! We needed a valve replaced in our RV and all of the RV centers had month-long waiting lists - plus they're outrageously expensive. After a little thought, we decided to see if a plumber would come out and take a look for us (makes sense, right?) I pulled up a list of plumbers in town and just started calling. Shockingly, as I worked through the options I either had to wait around for a return call, many of which never even bothered, or I was flat refused because it was an RV.

I got connected with John on Friday - he answered my call right away AND was both friendly and helpful. I explained what we needed his help with and he agreed to do the work without any issue. His only request was that we send a picture of the valve so they could have it handy for the appointment which he scheduled for first thing on Monday morning.

Chris was the team member who showed up to our appointment this morning. He was exactly on time and completed the work in such a reasonable amount of time! He also gave us recommendations for some equipment we should keep on hand in case of any issues while we travel, which was very valuable advice. The final bill was less than we expected. This team saved us a huge amount of stress and money - we could not be happier about our experience and highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for an outstanding plumber!

Chris came out again, changed a shower faucet and after too many months, I finally can take a hot shower. Can't recommend Chris and Johnny Pipewrench highly enough for their excellent service. Maureen Tarpey

He had done good job installing 2 toilets when we first moved to our house - but my husband called last week and spoke to him about installing a sink, as we had company coming in 2 weeks. He said he would call my husband back and get it taken care of soon. Never called back. We called him back multiple times and his voicemail was full. I was finally able to leave a message the next week (which was not returned) and he finally answered the phone on another attempt. I was told they were too busy to get the sink hooked up prior to my guests arriving - and he did not care that my husband had spoken to him the previous and he had not called us back (as promised). He made no effort to accommodate us - even though they were the ones that did not return the call and had originally told us they would get it taken care of in time. Terrible customer service, and clearly not willing to accommodate customers.
