The tech Alex came out to check it out and then he sent me the estimate and I called the company to schedule the repair. Both times he was very nice and professional and he came when he said he would. I did not feel rushed but man he was quick at the repair of my PRV. Had a great experience with Johnny on the spot - great communication throughout with appointment booking experience (I believe Sabrina), and Alex and his team managed to fix our mysteriously clogged toilet - turned out a pair of glasses was stuck in the toilet trap! We also had them replace our fill valve to save ourselves some headaches in the future, and now our toilet works and flushes great! They did a great job with cleaning up after the job was done as well. We were also offered 6 months of warranty on some toilet related issues, which hopefully we won't be needing of course. Overall pleasant experience throughout. Thanks again.

I was looking to have the air ducts cleaned out in my house along with inspection of our dryer vent since we were having issues. I had called a few different companies for quotes and one day, I saw this company's van at my neighbors' house and decided to give them a try.
They were extremely friendly, reliable, and efficient. I personally appreciated the good communication, starting from the text messages I received saying they were on the way, then throughout the process, and afterwards when they showed me the photos of before and after . They were better priced for this service than a few other companies I was quoted with so that was a plus. I would use them again !

I had an appointment on Tuesday between 5 pm and 8 pm the plumbers excuse was he couldn't get in the gate There is no gate and he never called I called to rectify the issue and they told me they would reschedule for Sunday Horrible company use caution if you use this company.

Do Not Use Total rip-off. They get you to buy a service conttact then you never hear from them again. Toilet seat he replaced broke two weeks later. Could not change and air filter said call the company to have some one who new how to for another $140 or more. Have never heard from them. Never called for anything they promised

After being totally disappointed by HVAC / plumbers since Gibson was bought by Alaska, it was a breath of fresh air to use Johnny on the spot!
Every single person from coordinators Sabrina and Gloria to initial contact Bryant, plumber Alex, HVAC Hector and his team, all under the experienced master Reggie, this company rocks!
So far we have had them install a new Trane HVAC system and a new water heater.
