We used Home Depot for our kitchen remodel and they subcontracted to Johnny Doan Plumbing. We found them to be very professional and courteous. They did a great job communicating with us when they were coming and did an outstanding job both when prepping the plumbing for the remodel as well as their return trip to reconnect the plumbing once the cabinets and countertop were in place. They did such a good job that I contacted them to come back and give me a quote for several other plumbing projects. Our house was built in 1979 so you can imagine how difficult it was to fix all the plumbing with copper pipes and frozen connectors. The guy who came out to provide the estimate turned around a fair quote the same day. I had plumbing projects such as replacing the leaking bathtub faucets in two bathrooms, installing a outlet box for the waterline to the refrigerator, replacing the three water valves outside, tying in a new sink into the existing plumbing in the barn and a few other things. Two guys came out to complete all the work and they worked efficiently and acted professionally. The work they did was done properly and they showed a high level of expertise in their knowledge of plumbing. I would without reservation recommend Johnny Doan Plumbing.

I needed a faucet installed in a sink. May seem like a small job for most but not something I was willing to take on. I called on a Thursday late afternoon and The job was completed by Friday Noon. The guy I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The plumber was competent and nice as well. The timeliness Along with good customer service is why I recommend these guys to anyone.

On a weekend that we needed emergency help Johnny Doan was there- the kitchen sink kept backing up & we couldn't run water at all without all sorts of weird crud coming up in the sink- they snaked it & got it working- you don't realize how much you use the kitchen sink until you don't have it! Only use them if you have good home owners insurance. If you understand plumbing at all, the experience will be very frustrating for you because their work is just below the lowest expectations you can imagine. If it weren't for my flooded dining room (below the bathroom they vandalized) I would have been amused by their work. The nice young man who tried to install a toilet was, I believe, a third generation plumber (son of the owner). The most unfortunate part of my experience with this company was witnessing this young man being taught to avoid taking responsibility and to put avoiding consequences over taking pride in his work. So, if you want simple plumbing performed, such as installing a new toilet, hire a different plumber OR watch a YouTube video and do it your self. If you hire Johnny Doan, prepare for disappointment have good insurance!

What an amazing job. I am not quite sure why they have received such low reviews as the service they provided was superb. I wake up at 4 am everyday and to my surprise they answered to confirm an appointment with me that day. However, I wasn't available so I opted in for today. Immediately after confirming my appointment, they requested pictures to assist with servicing my shower. They also texted me when in route to my home. They were extremely pleasant, quick, knowledgeable, and made several recommendations. Overall, they deserve much higher ratings because their service stood out above the rest and trust me I called many companies to fix my issue in the area.

They installed a sink disposal for me over a year ago. It broke and they refused to come out and fix it. They have horrible service and don't care about their past clients. I recommend to find another company because there are other companies that do better than them and they care about their clients.
