I live in the Pacific Palisades. I came home early Saturday morning (4am) and saw flooding due to a damaged pipe connected to boiler. I shot off the main valve, dried the floors, and slept. Later on Saturday, around 4pm, I called Johnney Carrillo - he told me that his brother Victor was in the area on another job and can come to my place within an hour. He came at 5:15pm and finished the job by 6pm (replaced the pipes with new ones). He was very professonal, friendly, and gave me advise on my piping and boiler as well. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

This plumber is WONDERFUL. After the sink at the business I work at overflowed I called these guys and they came within 45 minutes. They fixed it, they were SO NICE and they were incredibly reasonable.

This guy IS as good as it gets!!! At the risk of never being able to use him again because he is so damn good, honest, kind and a cool guy to boot, I will say you will most likely NEVER come across a plumber like this. He charged a third of what others' charged, he lets you know when he is on the clock so that you don't get charged for time that was spent on chatter, and he does an excellent job. I think God sent him to me because I have had so many rip-off and shi**y plumbers that take advantage of single women
I think he should win some kind of award, but I see he already has a top BBB rating, so that should say something about him, also. You will be very happy with him.

The thermocouple on our boiler stopped working. We called him up on a saturday and he was around in 45 minutes, he let me know ahead of time what it was going to cost.

He was on-time, and professional.

My kitchen sink was backed up because the disposal was clogged. I tried to DIY it with plunging, vinegar and baking soda combo and a wire coat hanger. None of that worked. I needed to call a plumber.

I found Johnny here on Yelp, and called first thing on Monday morning and left a message. He called me back within 5 minutes. Yes, 5 minutes! He said he could be there in 45 minutes and let me know what his hourly rate was. He came on time and fixed the sink within minutes. He took special care to clean up after the mess, which I really appreciated.

If you have a plumbing issue, I would highly recommend Johnny and his team.

Finding a plumber is a hard thing to do. After reading the high praise Johnny received from other yelpers, I decided to give him a try - I'm pleased to report that the praise is spot-on.

I called Johnny on a Saturday morning about a clogged bathroom sink. He arrived at my home an hour and a half later, just as he said it would, and fixed the problem for the price he told me over the phone. No gouging, no funny business - just straight-up, friendly, honest, and considerate service. I will definitely use his services again in the future and highly recommend him.

Johnny was in my hood when I called him. He came right over and fixed my sink handles in addition to snaking my sink and bath tub. He also noticed my toilet was running and fixed that too.
He didn't charge me more for doing the extra things.
It really was a pleasure to deal with him.
