Scheduling can be a pain in the a$$ because some jobs can take longer than others and in their position it's understandable since they can only give a proper diagnosis of the problem when they arrive on site.

Nonetheless, Johnny came through to fix a clogged bathroom sink and it's also fixed the water stopper in the sink because its lever was too long.

I'm happy this got done today since I took the day off to be at home. Now I have a bathroom sink that's draining water so I won't have to brush my teeth in the kitchen.

=)

Cost: $85, done within an hour.

I found Johnny on Yelp, and after reading his great reviews I called him to fix a backed up pipe. He came the next morning and fixed the issue within an hour. He was polite, pleasant, and efficient. I believe his price was reasonable - it's not like I could do a matrix comparison of prices with other plumbers, but I definitely didn't feel ripped off.

After reading the rave reviews on yelp, I called to get a bathroom drain fixed. Yvonne, the operator was quick to respond & route the guys to my house. They came within a 3 hour window.

They didn't have the part in their truck so Ruben had to go to the hardware store & return the next day. I'm knocking down stars because the whole process to fix the sink took 5 minutes and the cost was $165 ($130 for labor alone). I thought that was ridiculous, as I was a repeat customer & I've had plumbing issues done by other companies before for less than half that cost.

We had a pipe burst at 6:00 am. I called Johnny Carrillo right when they opened and they had two guys at my house within an hour. They replaced the pipe and even took the time to use a shop vac on our carpet to clean up the water.

The service techs were professional, fast and friendly. I highly recommend.

I have witnessed first hand the professionalism Johnny carries in dealing with customers and calls. It is clear that he cares about his customers and his business in the way he speaks to his customers. He treats every customer with the utmost courtesy and respect. He has the best customer service skills and attitude that i have seen in ANY plumber. He is a fabulous plumber and so happy to know that there are descent and honest plumbers out there. I will add him to my speed dial without hesitation calling Johnny Carrillo for my plumbing needs!

Johnny is the real deal. Hardworking, ethical and a straight shooter. I had a major plumbing problem and he want above and beyond to fix it. He also was fair with pricing giving me a lower rate when I had more work to get done. Only thing I would say is that his guys seemed less driven than Johnny so if you can, try to get the man himself if you have a complex job.

Johnny was amazing. It was about 7 pm and all of a sudden a pipe in my bathroom exploded and my apartment started flooding. Even though it was after hours, Johnny was here in about 30 minutes and fixed the problem in about 5. The pricing was extremely reasonable seeing as I had called him completely out of the blue in a total panic after hours. So happy I found them!!!

They are EXCELLENT!! :) My toilets, showers, and sinks upstairs have had problems of being plugged up for some time. They found out where my pipe goes from upstairs to downstairs, and then to the backyard. They saw that there are many roots growing in the pipe. They cleaned the pipe. Then, they have built a cleanout. I am so happy that this problem is solved! I highly recommend them!!

I live in Santa Monica. Yesterday evening my hot water stopped running so I placed 4 calls to plumbers. This morning I found Johnny Carrillo on Yelp and called him at 7:30. He picked up the phone himself, was extremely polite and said he would be in santa monica today, could he come by at 10am? My answer was of course, yes! He was very familiar with my Noritz tankless hot water heater and agreed with me that it may need it's filter cleaned. He arrived at my house early - at 9:30am and was finished with the job at 10am. The price was very reasonable and he worked cleanly. I would recommend him to anyone and definitely plan to call on him again.
PS - only one of the original 4 plumbers I called actually returned my call so, a nod to Kendall Plumbing in Culver City who called back at 9:45am - you are my backup plumber.

I live in the Pacific Palisades. I came home early Saturday morning (4am) and saw flooding due to a damaged pipe connected to boiler. I shot off the main valve, dried the floors, and slept. Later on Saturday, around 4pm, I called Johnney Carrillo - he told me that his brother Victor was in the area on another job and can come to my place within an hour. He came at 5:15pm and finished the job by 6pm (replaced the pipes with new ones). He was very professonal, friendly, and gave me advise on my piping and boiler as well. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
