I had a burst water pipe under an apartment building that I manage and had to shut off the water to the building and Johnny Carrillo Plumbing came out, crawled under the building, soldered the pipe and it was all fixed in about 2 hours from when I first called them! They charged a very fair price to do the job and I'm going to use them again.

I've used Johnny for projects big and small. He was recommended to us by our neighbor and I feel so fortunate to have a HONEST plumber who does good work and is responsive. The only issue is he's busy cause he's good but still gets to projects when he says he will and makes an effort to come sooner when it's urgent. Thanks for all the good work.

2nd time using Johnny, he's the best! By ""best"" I mean not just fixing our plumbing problems which he has done quickly and professionally. ""Best"" means he came after we met with another plumber (landlord request) who claimed the only way we could fix our drain was to cut into the existing pipe to create a bypass to access the clog. I said ""no thank you"" to that $1,000+ job and called Johnny. He got to the bottom (literally) of the clog and resolved the problem for less than $200, no cutting required.

Similar to a car mechanic or a dentist, when you find someone who is great at their job and HONEST about the work they're doing, you keep them for life. Thanks, Johnny!

We've gone with Johnny Carrillo a few times in the past for water leaks and drain clogs and have always been pleased with their service. It'd been awhile and we got a new clog in our bathtub drain, so we called them and they were quite booked but they knew it was semi-emergent as it was really starting to back up. So they called back and said they could come early the next morning if we could accommodate that. Office staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I was on a tight schedule with my kids and work but they came right on time, diagnosed the problem right away (just a lot of hair deep into the pipes) and fixed it quickly. They also just happened to notice that one of the bathroom sinks was draining slowly (which I had not mentioned) so they went ahead and cleared that up as well! They were clean, professional, courteous, well priced and so accommodating! Just another reminder why we love these guys so much!

Nice guys but you need to have the patience/sanity to consistently follow up and to have someone at home 24/7, because it will take several no-shows/reschedules, showing up hours after they say they will, coming by for 2 minutes once they finally do show and then saying they need to come back, and then going through the whole process from scratch 2-3 times to get anything done.

A month's time, several follow-ups/texts/calls to track them down, and a prescription for Xanax is a way to get the job done so make sure whatever you need is not urgent (I've called them for urgent issues too, it doesn't make a difference). Have had to deal with this around several times for different jobs so know by now that it's not the exception but the rule.

I've tried to be patient and kind because they are nice people, good about responding on text, seem to be fair/honest with pricing, and apologetic when some inevitable last-minute problem or trouble or glitch comes up that they say is a one-off, but after having dealt with the same ordeal time and time again, unless you're prepared to quit your job or have someone at home full-time waiting for them, it is probably best to go with a more professional service.

I own a hair salon in westchester CA, and my sinks were SUPER clogged. My usual plumber of 6yrs never returned my ""frantic"" call!! We called Johnny at noon, he was there by 3 (in the time line I was quoted), my sinks were flowing in less then 30 min!!! I've got a new plumber!!! Thanks Carrillo plumbing!!!

Love Johnny and his guys as well as the comforting voice in the office. I had a leak and they came out to troubleshoot on the same day after another company proved disastrous. Honest, trustworthy and skilled. I look forward to doing some upgrades with them.

I've been using Johnny Carillo Plumbing for over 6 years for work on my duplex in Westchester. They have always been courteous, efficient, and reasonably priced. I love that they can be trusted with the keys to my place and I know that their work is quality. Over 6 years, they have replaced or fixed my garbage disposals, sinks, and most recently toilet. It's nice to have a wonderful reliable plumber. :)
