Called them after I couldn't get a plumber to come out quickly and they put me on the schedule for the next day. Trevor came out and snaked our line, fixed both of our toilets so they flushed properly and repaired a seal on our master bathroom toilet. He was knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. They were also extremely reasonable. I will hire them again if I have any other issues. Highly recommend them!

I had Trevor over to replace the parts inside my kohler toilet. First of all was on time. Secondly, you could tell he knew what he was doing was done in literally in minutes!! Trevor was honest and did a good job!!! As, sometimes you get people who try to bs you saying you need this or that. Clearly not here. I fully recommend this plumbing co.

I called Johnnie Jones Plumbing on a recommendation. I spoke with Barbara who was pleasant and knowledgeable, she was even able to schedule me the same day. Trevor arrived on time at the end of his day in the Florida heat and couldn't have been more pleasant. He was also knowledgeable and did a great job. I have other plumbing work need that needs to be done and they are now my Plumber. I am pleased with the work, their fare pricing and how they treated us from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Johnny Jones Plumbing had professional and courteous receptionist answer the phone. She scheduled an appointment for us for that day. The service technician was out within three hours and quickly changed out our bathroom faucet. His work was done well and he cleaned up the area afterwards. It cost less than expected. I recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Had a simple double sink clog (or so I thought). Tried everything myself and called JJP as a last resort. I left a msg and they called me back in just a couple minutes. He told me he'd have someone out as soon as he could and he wasn't joking - in less than an hour I got a call from my plumber saying he was parking in my alley and was that ok? I was literally like wow that was fast. He came in and took care of the problem - there is something to be said about experience. He was clean, fast and courteous, he was also a Marine Corps Veteran like myself so we had a lot to talk about. The price was fair and work was great - I will absolutely recommend to family, friends and neighbors. They only got 5 stars because they deserved it!

What a great plumbing company! Honest, reasonably priced and prompt. We saw that our hot water tank was leaking one morning this past week, and they were able to come out and replace it within 2 hours of when I called. Amazing customer service. We had used JJP once before to install new plumbing lines and faucets in our kitchen and bathrooms during some minor remodeling. They were prompt, efficient and very courteous, even when we had to reschedule the final day because of the granite installer's delay. This company is the best. Also, when you call, the person on the phone is knowledgeable and courteous, and will give you straight information on solving your problem. Refreshing!

Have had this company do some major bathroom work and simple work as well, like today for instant. Bought a new refrigerator and needed a new water line run from the old copper one. In less then a half hour it was done, to perfection. Everyone is always polite and respectful. They are very trustworthy, I have actually left my elderly parent with them working while I ran an errand. They are down to earth, like the old ma and pa plumbers. They aren't out to get all your money. Prices are very fair. We actually had our old plumber refer """"Johnnie Jones"""" to us because they didn't do residential work any longer. We could not be happier that they did that and we got our new plumbers. I would most defiantly recommend """"Johnnie Jones"""" for major or small jobs they will give the same professionalism doing both. We have never had any issues at all.

I called this company and was called back within 5 minutes. I was put on the schedule for the next day. The plumber came and was courteous and nice to my barking (but leashed) dog. He took the time to install the faucet correctly and involved me when he had questions for me. He was quick and clean. The price was very reasonable. I actually could not have asked for anything more!

If we could give lower than a 1 we would. Absolutely the worst quality of work. Used a shark bite clamp to connect pvc to galvanized pipe, used tie wraps and and string to strap up piping, non responsive, even after emergency message was left. Still no call back. License should be revoked after the disaster and flood that was caused and their idea of what finished looks like.
