Went out this morning and saw a small sinkhole forming. We have a warranty service agreement through the city. Johnco plumbing was selected for us and I am happy they were. They contacted us within the hour and to our home within 2. Jason was the technician and he did a good job seemed knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. I asked for the business card and will definitely use this company for any future plumbing issues.

This company came out last week for an insurance claim. My insurance denied the claim but Johnco quoted me a price. Jason came out today and didn't just fix it he replaced the whole are. We will always use and highly recommend Johnco

Great service we had a leak in our main line so water was all over the driveway and the street. Thanks God I did purchase a special insurance through the Phx water company that cover any repair outside the house, it cost me $63 a year. I did call them I had to wait one day, it was not easy without water in the house for one day, but it cost me 0 if i did not had insurance the cost could be $400. Jason came over and he did a excellent job it took a little over an hour and magic man Jason replaced the broken pipe. So I highly recommend them.

I hired Johnco Plumbing to repair the water line between my house and the street. The plumber they sent was extremely professional and efficient. He came out on time and did and excellent job very quickly. I was very satisfied with his work and would recommend him highly!

I have a water bill twice the norm. I figure it may be the line out front since that just happened to my neighbor a couple of weeks ago. I call Service Line Warranty for the first time. They were great and got Johnco plumbing sent out, same day even! I rushed home to meet Jordan from Johnco at my house. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and frank. He replaced my gate valve in the front with a ball valve and showed me why my problem was not in the front yard. He told me what he was doing and why each step of the process. Once we knew his job was done, he told me other things to look for and gave me great advice. They are a smaller company, which I love to support, to help them grow. I recommend Johnco to anyone and will definitely use them again. Great experience all around.

We had a service call from Johnco Plumbing today to fix a leaking pipe. The service Technician was Jason. He did a great job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Johnco plumbing.

On May 27 (Sunday evening) I discovered water pooling in the river rock of our front yard. I started to bail and dig but couldn't keep up. I shut the water off at the street and called our warranty co. They put Johnco on the job.

Jordan called at 8:30am Monday and gave me a 30 minute head's-up for arrival. He did a quick diagnosis, cleanly and carefully dug up the line, found the leak, repaired it, refilled the hole, cleaned up and worked professionally.

It was my emergency and I appreciated his working on Memorial Day - even as a Vet!

Since it was a warranted service, I don't know what the actual charge for would have been. I've also been using another plumber for 8 years and will continue, but if my guy ever leaves the biz, I know who I'm calling.
