We were litererally in an emergency! Our sewer completely backed up with the worst imaginable stuff filling out toilets, bathtubs and showers and flooding over to the floors with dinner guests showing up in less than 2 hours. Within 45 minutes, Israel was at our house. He fixed the problem calmly and efficiantly and dialed down my panic with a smile and the reassurance that he would take care of it. He did and I am so grateful. I highly recommend John White's Rooter Connection!!!!!!

I have been using John White Rooter and Plumbing for years on a rental property with the old clay pipes. Manny comes once a year to inspect and cut any roots that have grown inside the main drain which is saving me for having to replace the pipes. It has been such a pleasure to know that they are reliable, reasonably priced, and offer great customer service.

John Whites is simply the best. When I moved to California and into my home, the sewer backed up. I called one of the heavily advertised rooter companies and was told I needed to replace the pipe from my house to the street...at a cost of over $10,000.

Thinking I should get a second opinion I looked for a neighborhood plumber and White was the closest. They came over, looked at the line with their camera and told me I had some roots that needed to be cut out. $200 or $300 later all was fixed. They
now come every six months to keep the line clear

I have called them on Thanksgiving day when my disposal backed up and they arrived a hour after my call. They are always available for emergencies, on weekends, whenever. They put in
my hot water heater... they can do it all . I highly recommend them.

This Company only cares about Collecting billable hours. I called them because they are the largest advertiser to fix a complicated Hot water heater issue. It was a Takagi water heater which is not a common brand in Los Angeles. The tenants did not have hot water. The operator who answered the phone and doesn't know anything about plumbing business assured me that John White plumbing knew how to service Takagi water heaters and that they were a Takagi water heater installer. Instead of being honest with me and telling me they were not and they couldn't help me, they lied and said they could fix it and sent out a technician. I watched as the techinician sat there for about 30 minutes not knowing what to do, he turned the power on and off and then left without fixing the problem. I then called a few other plumbing companies to fix the problem. The company has been harrassing me to pay a bill of $250 for several weeks and threatened to send it to collections. I don't understand why they expect to be paid when they A) Didn't listen to my specific request for a company that knows Takagi B) didn't fix the problem C) Wasting a bunch of my time annoying me. This company created no VALUE for their customer and clearly only cares about collecting the most billable hours and not doing a good job. They may spend a lot on advertising but they don't have any customer service. I'd stay away from this company
