We were getting our sewer line inspected and the 1st company that came out couldn't find it, literally. John White came out and found it buried under 6 inches of dirt and plants and a giant cherry tree. Amazing. We would've had a hard time closing escrow without them.

They did some work on the water heater and then it was leaking so they had the same guy that did the work come back to check it and did not disclose a $150 charge for checking their own work. NOT COOL !
When I asked how much to connect a hose to drain away the leak from the foundation I was quoted $350. OVER CHARGE !
I bought some hose and a clamp on Amazon for under $15 and fixed it myself in less than 20 minutes.
So you decide if you want to be treated that way.
We have since found another honest plumber.

My HOA recommended them to help fix a leak under the kitchen sink. They were extremely professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Quickly found the issue, fixed it and also helped install a new kitchen faucet in a short amount of time.

Called John White this morning for a toilet and shower back up, and they sent someone out immediately. The guy was great and fixed the problem very fast. Charged me very little and was honest.

A woman in this office named Colleen first mocked my voice when I asked if their foreman Luis Castro owned a cellphone, because I had been ""leaving word"" for him in the office nearly every day for the week. Colleen then mocked my voice, repeating several times ""does he have a cellphone. She then hung up on me and when I called back she said that ""if I ever called here again, faggot, I am calling the police."" Luis missed a really significant leak in our home during his sewer and plumbing inspection and we simply needed advice about how to proceed and fix the issue. I've been an out gay person for most of my life, and never had my sense of safety threatened by a business quite this like this.

I am a Realtor and have used John White for sewer line inspections for about seventeen years. They are honest, reliable, and a great value. Recently, a client received a bid from another company for a project that we thought was too expensive. I sent the video to John White without the bid, so they could give us an impartial number. The original bid was $22,000, and entailed digging up the street. The folks at John White suggested another way and brought the price in at $12,000.

I highly recommend using John White for all your plumbing needs.

They are a scam and very over priced. $25 part took them 5 min to put in charged $125 for labor. Please do not use these people.

JOHN WHITE PLUMBING also has a STANDARD PLUMBING division which I used last week when my garbage disposal broke. During Covid-19, I've been nervous about tradespeople coming into my apt but they wear masks and gloves. Euriel was on time, professional, courteous and very neat cleaning up after he finished the job. My toilet has also been leaking and I asked him to fix it, as well. All told, Euriel was in my unit for 90 minutes while I sat on the balcony. Allthough several neighbors use them, I am recommending JOHN WHITE PLUMBING to our HOA to use for hydrojetting the building AND individual resident plumbing issues.

I have used John White's services for over a decade, both in my business (for clients) as well as in my own home. I've always found them responsive, professional and fairly priced. His employees are highly competent, have excellent communication, write clear invoices and above all, are genuinely genuinely nice people -- many of whom are long-time employees. This speaks very well about the operation on many levels. I know from experience how frustrated people can get with the cost and headache of trying to sort out plumbing problems that crop up (and some people will never be happy) but I have a fair amount of exposure to various vendors and this is a company I return to for myself and for others for plumbing and rootering and inspections.
