My mom has used John White Plumbing for probably 30 years, so when she got sick and I took over the family's home maintenance for her, I had no question who to call: John White! Israel has been doing my mom's preventive rooting for about 20 years - such longevity and consistency with the company is amazing! He knows my mom's pipes and just the way they turn like the back of his hand. I once had someone besides Israel root our pipes, but he didn't know our pipes like Israel did, and the sewer backed up again! Now I will only use Israel. Their rates are very fair too! I actually live full-time in Washington, and when we had a plumbing emergency last year, the company we used really took advantage of us and charged us $10,000! In comparison, this past spring when I was at my mom's house, we had a plumbing emergency because a pipe burst under her house, and John White didn't take advantage of us and only charged us $583! My husband couldn't believe how honest they were. I will only use John White.

They were hired by me to change 14 water valves under my sinks and by my toilet, The Bill was over $900 and add 3% to charge, They put on a $10 gas surcharge while gas prices are the lowest in 2 years as well as charged $340 for this 14 valves that probably cost them less the $100. The work was done well but certainly not at a fair price.

Most recently, John White's Rooter Connection came out for an annual sewer line cleaning. Israel was on time, very professional and performed the service quickly and well.

We were litererally in an emergency! Our sewer completely backed up with the worst imaginable stuff filling out toilets, bathtubs and showers and flooding over to the floors with dinner guests showing up in less than 2 hours. Within 45 minutes, Israel was at our house. He fixed the problem calmly and efficiantly and dialed down my panic with a smile and the reassurance that he would take care of it.
