We've been using John White's Rooter Connection to service our apartment buildings as well as our home. They can usually make it out fairly quickly and are fast and efficient to fix the problem. Definitely my go to rooter service.

I recently had two occasions to use the service of the above plumber and I was extremely pleased with the service I received and how quickly they had someone at my home. On both occasions they were at my home the same day and within two hours of my call. Israel who was courteous, with a very neat appearance and friendly, unclogged my kitchen drains and took care of a problem with one of the bathrooms sinks. He left the work area neat and clean. I thought the cost was very reasonable and the work excellent. On another occasion Daniel came out and was as professional as Israel and the charge was equally reasonable. I will continue to use the company in the future and refer others to them. I was very pleased with the service I received including the lady who scheduled the service call.

Thankful for these guys! I won't even get into the disaster/scam that another rooter company tried to pull and never cleared my line. These guys came out and in a hour, all set!! No replacement of pipes or 51/2 hours to diagnose the issue! Totally honest, clean and efficient!

Daniel was an amazing help. We had water leaking from our toilets, which were constantly running also causing our water bills to sky rocket. We went to a few plumbing stores with our flappers with no help. Daniel knew exactly the unique flappers we needed and the issues causing the problems. Daniel worked efficiently and effectively at an extremely reasonable price. Definitely will use again if needed!

John's plumber did the work for the mainline of the building, but left the kitchen sink of one of the units clogged. He charges an additional $103 for correcting the defects of his plumber Manny, and hangs up the phone when I tried to explain to him that they were related. (he was not on site and did not know how Manny did the work).

John's attitude of not taking responsibility makes me afraid of using his services.

After paying $50 to another router service with a still clogged drain I am so glad I called John White. He gave us a very fair price for a big job replacing all of our galvanized pipes under the house. His crew of 8 was so professional and completed a huge job in one day. They took before and after pics and did more work than promised without extra cost. Great company! Thank you!

Our neighbors referred us to John White's Plumbing and Rooter Connection (saying that they had been using them for many, many years). We hired them to do an investigation of a bathroom leak that other plumbers had not resolved. John sent out his Foreman, Luis, and the Head Plumber. These gentlemen were highly professional, friendly, polite, treated me with respect, listened to my history of the issues (and didn't discount me because I'm an older woman), answered my many questions, and explained everything. The didn't take the first possibility or answer....they thought outside of the box and they checked everything. They not only found the slow leak and repaired it, they found three additional small leaks coming from the roof, and the fee was more than reasonable! I will be using Plumbing and Rooter Connection from now on! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!

Absolutely dishonest. My realtor hired this company to do a sewer inspection for my buyer while in escrow. They came out and immediately found a reason to do additional work and charge more. I paid it out of necessity and expediency. Then, guess what, after doing that work they found another reason to add additional work and charge more. They sent my realtor a quote for over $8000.00. When I complained, my realtor called and was told the office girls made a mistake. Then the quote mysteriously went to $4600.00. When I called I was given an explanation that made no sense what so ever. I checked with my long time general contractor about their explanation and was told exactly what I thought, which is it made no sense at all and they were padding the bill. BEWARE!!

I've used them twice. Both times they came out right away. Both times the fixed the problem for less quite a bit less than their initial estimate. They go by the hour not by the job, so I guess that could work out either way. I have learned not to trust ratings on Yelp for contractors or home improvement folks...unless it's like a 2 star rating. These guys have 3.5 stars but are solid and were referred to me by a guy who uses them for an apartment complex he owns. I also got an estimate from one of the Yelp 5 star places that comes up first in the search. They came out and gave a flat rate for the job that ended up being about 40% higher.
