Nancy C.Well, we called John Wayne plumbing for a cabin we own in Vance that is on a septic system We want to install a washer and dryer but there are no connections for a washing machine water either going to the septic tank or into the washer. We already pulled the environmental records from Tuscaloosa County so we know where the field lines are located and we dug up the septic tank cover. An older guy cane out and went over all the mechanics of the cabin and saw the paperwork from the county, the septic tank location & everything. He left and said it would take a couple days to get a quote It has been more than 2 weeks. Nothing. I called and left a message with the office to ask for the quote. More crickets At the very least, someone should call and let us know the job is a no quote. Don't bother calling this place.
