I was very dissatisfied with the service I received. They charged $125 to clean drain and 2 days later drain stopped up again. I called back and they said that they would have to charge another $125 to come back out. I used another plumbing company and they opened drain and gave me a 90 day warranty. May sure to ask questions before using this company. I spent $125 for absolutely nothing, I feel like they just stole my money!!!

Our water heater died and I had trouble getting a plumber for the job, until I called John Wayne. They installed the same day I called. This is obviously a well run organization with very competent people. The installation was very quick and professional. Friendly guys, too. The final price was lower than expected, which is always nice. These are my plumbers now.

Ok- John Wayne deserves more than 5 stars! After we had another well known plumbing company out to tell us we needed a new $800 water heater, I took a chance on a second opinion. John Wayne repaired ours for less than $200! WE HAVE HOT WATER!! Awesome men- great, fair, and trustworthy company. They went way beyond my expectations! I'll use them over anyone.

I have never been treated like I was as a customer by the woman who answers the phone. I had already told her that someone would be here all day and after calling three different times she informed me that she had sent the plumbers on another job because I did not answer my phone because they didn't know if anyone was here. The plumbers were very professional but I will never use this company again because of this woman

Allen L. has been out to my house twice. Once to clear a root problem in the sewer line and once to install a brand new tankless water heater that he recommended. I chose John Wayne because of reputation among fellow contractors in the area and have not been disappointed. Allen has done a great job. He is professional, courteous and communicates extremely well. His installs are professional looking, clean and work right the first time. He cleans up the area and leaves it looking great. I could not be more satisfied with Allen and the work he has done and would highly recommend him for any plumbing work you would need.
