Incorporating the business in February 2004, John Wayne along with Chris dedicated themselves to establish a trusted plumbing service for our community with exceptional standards. By June 2004, John Wayne took the step to resign from his full-time position and operate the company on a full-time basis with his son Chris.
From that point forward, John Wayne and Chris have dedicated long hours to assisting our clients. They have developed strong relationships with the community, other businesses and associates, who have voted John Wayne Plumbing as the best in Tuscaloosa for four years straight.

Teri H.Well, we called John Wayne plumbing for a cabin we own in Vance that is on a septic system We want to install a washer and dryer but there are no connections for a washing machine water either going to the septic tank or into the washer. We already pulled the environmental records from Tuscaloosa County so we know where the field lines are located and we dug up the septic tank cover. An older guy cane out and went over all the mechanics of the cabin and saw the paperwork from the county, the septic tank location & everything. He left and said it would take a couple days to get a quote It has been more than 2 weeks. Nothing. I called and left a message with the office to ask for the quote. More crickets At the very least, someone should call and let us know the job is a no quote. Don't bother calling this place.
Will B.Not inexpensive, but polite, efficient, friendly, and they fixed what I could not. I will use them again, for sure! They use good language and leave a clean workspace. Recommended!
