Awesome plumber. Had a leak at my cold water connection under the sink this holiday weekend and called to have John come and fix it. John wasn't available but had me take pictures of the problem and send them to him. He called me back and told me exactly what I needed to do to fix it. He Asked that I send pictures when I was done for him to see how it looked. Fixed the leak and had no problems. Saved me about $250. Will definitely be calling him again next time I have a problem!

We have used John the plumber on multiple occasions for repairs to our house. He has come to our house in a timely matter and fixed our problems. He has also given us information over the phone to fix the the problems that we've had without him coming by. He has not charged us for that information and we truly appreciate it. I would give him six stars if we could.

John quoted $400 for a sink replacement, then stated it was $425 when the job was done. I checked my notes and the agreed upon price of $400 was clear. He hooked up the hot water hose to the cold faucet and vise versa costing me another plumber to redo his workmanship. He took out the garbage disposal with the sink and did not replace it - quoted me earlier on the phone as doing a like for like replacement - sink for sink, faucet for faucet, etc. However, This was a turnaround of an investment property so I did not realize there was a garbage disposal - a simple heads up call and I'd have paid him extra - like the $25 to re-hook up the garbage disposal. Don't be fooled by all the positive reviews.

John helped my husband via phone with a pipe issue. We sent him a picture of the damage and within 20 minutes John was able to tell my husband what he needed to fix the problem.
My hubby got what he needed and was able to make the repair. Even better John called back later that night to make sure everything went okay.
I will definitely call John again in the future if we ever need plumbing help :)

I called today to get a simple job fixed. He was busy and couldn't help immediately so he told me to take a picture and he would explain how to fix. He ended up saving me tons of money!

Very impressed with John, he answered his phone after 7:00pm on a Sunday night and would have done a service call then if absolutely necessary. We were able to shut off the water and wait until Monday. John was at my rental property promptly Monday morning and by 11 am my water leak was fixed.

Great experience. Was punctual, professional and friendly. Explained his plan of action, then got right to work. I felt confident in his ability to resolve the issue, and he didn't let me down. Bonus points because he liked all my dogs :-) While he was only out to fix a very clogged bathtub, he will definitely be who I call the next time my nearly 100 year old house needs some plumbing TLC.

He actually spent time educating me on many things I wanted to do around the house so that I could choose if I wanted to DIY it, or engage his services, with no expectations of the latter.
