Needed a new hot water heater. Quote was acceptable. Work done in a very timely manner, except they left me with a hole in the floor that we have to cover. I called requesting he check the water heater as the temp is now scalding, he said he would stop by to check. Not a word back.

Had a great experience with John. I live out of state and have a rental property that was having an issue with the shower. Tenant could not shut the water off in the shower, had to shut off the water to the entire house. John went out the same day, fixed the problem and when I called to inquire he told me there would be no charge because it was an easy fix. I insisted on paying him something and will be using him in the future if the need arises. I couldn't recommend John more, he is an honest plumber who does not overcharge, which is a rarity in the plumbing business it seems.

I called at 0630 A.M. and John was at our house by 9:00 A.M. and my new hot water heater was installed by 11:30am. My husband said he was very professional.

I had John come out to look at my water heater. He quickly figured out the problem and said man I don't want to charge you for such a easy fix , so he told me how to fix it and I did and it worked! I mean who does that these days? It would have cost me a few hundred if I payed someone else. If I have any future problems I'll definitely go to him. He helped restore a little bit of faith I still have in humanity, highly recommended.

I called John with a problem he attempted to help me resolve over the phone. My lack of confidence entailed him to come by. Within 90 minutes he stopped by resolved My dilemma, when I asked how much, he refused compensation and said call me when you have a real problem. He told me what part to buy, where to purchase it and how to install it. He is the epitome of INTEGRITY and HONESTY a throwback to a bygone lost era. If the world had more people like John, we would all be better off. He was able to provide me guidance on how to repair my own water heater. I have never met a plumber who actually gave advice on how to do it on your own without charging a fee. He called us back quickly or answered the phone directly. We didn't end up using him because we are up in Seattle (out of his service area), but he was very helpful and free with his help and advice. He is willing to tell us how to fix our issue ourselves. I thought this was pretty cool and not something most businesses are willing to do.

Let me say, John will be my first call if I ever need a plumber in the future. Being that my family owns 2 businesses I definitely will.

He came the same day I called to fix a leak in the crawl space. The entrance to where I thought you get in was so small, and after happily crawling in there, he told me it doesn't go all the way through. He had to help me hunt around for the opening to the crawl space to access the point of the leak.

After finding the entrance, he had to work with my employee to gain access to it since it was covered so well I didn't even know it was there. Finally, he got in and went to work resolving the leak very quickly.

Answered the phone himself, came the same day, fixed the leak the same day, super friendly, and the price was right! I highly recommend him.

Found John on yelp and he was just as great as said to be. I called him at 8:30pm and he came out at 7:00 am and fixed our leaking shower. So generous, best plumber experience we've had!! Highly recommend him!! I'm a Realtor so I don't hand out referrals unless they are A+
