livid!!!!! if i could give a negative star i would. he accepted a work order and just bc he can't read an address correctly refused to service my home. when i complained and said i had been waiting for two hours and that my time was just a valuable as his he hung up on me. how rude and unprofessional. do not hire this rude man. he should have owned his mistake and finished his job!!!!!

Our tenants reported that our home's basement was flooding with sewage due to a collapsed sewer line. John responded quickly and rearranged his job schedule to complete our repair asap. Throughout the job John provided great communication and reliable service. John's pricing was also very fair. I would absolutely hire John again and refer him to other customers.

John is so busy! But he is definitely professional, responsive, fair pricing and on time for scheduled appointments! He has done work for my dad, my daughter, and one other time for my business- with NO call backs! I hate to need a plumber - lol- but when I do, I always call him first!!!

They were hired to replace a cracked sewer line in January 2019. They were my third estimate and yes the lowest bid. A job that was started in February is still incomplete now in July. After numerous other companies have stated this job should've taken a couple of weeks to maybe even a month tops. Nothing but excuse after excuse from the employees. First there was water coming into the trench and the city would need to come out and see where the water was coming from. Then, the inspector won't approve the work if the soil is still wet (that was all crap, the city said they don't inspect sewer line replacements). Then, well it's been too much rain-we've had 45 days of rain...okay, yet your FB page shows a multitude of work being performed in other areas during the same time period. I'm so over this company and their employees. NEVER AGAIN! And ""NO, I don't recommend them"". Photos are of what I look at everyday AND what my neighbors are complaining about to my neighborhood association.

As a single homeowner I have always felt comfortable and satisfied with the quality of service I receive. It's hard as a female to trust any diagnosis when relying on companies. Once again I have received wonderful service in a timely manner. The company has a respectable team and their clean. I feel Blessed to have found this company for my plumbing needs.
