I called the on Tuesday, they made an appt for Friday 12pm -5pm. On Friday at 3:50pm a woman called and rudely said they didn't need to come to give me a quote on installing a new shower pan. They can do it over the phone. So I said, I wish I was told when I called or before I waited from 12pm to 3:50pm of my time and changed other appts to be home waiting. She had a major attitude and never apologized for the inconvenience and started lecturing me about the work. I said, """" you know what, GOODBYE!"""" Bad business attitude.

Adam Powell with John the Plumber was amazing! John The Plumber company installed a water heater for me and their installer, Adam, really was a breath of fresh air. He was professional, efficient, polite and just an overall wonderful attitude. He clearly knew his trade. It was a joy to have him install our water heater. I hired another plumber who started my plumbing and I had a lot of problems with them. From shoddy work to other negative issues. I kept seeing """"John the Plumber"""" on my Facebook groups and Nextdoor. People seem to be very happy with them. So I reached out to them for the service in my shower. My problem in the shower is that the water pressure gets pitifully slow when I turn the water to hot but back to normal flow when it is cold. The problem has been looked at by 6 to 7 big and small, prominent and reputable plumbing companies in the area just to lead me to further distressed on time wasted and Fees paid while shower issue not being resolved. Until Andrew from John the Plumber came and looked at my shower. Andrew looks young but don't let his age fools you! He solved the problem within mins and as soon as he opened up the shower handle. Andrew is truly my life-saver!! I was told by many other plumbers that I had to break the wall and redo the pipings inside and I was looking at a $2000+ job but Andrew, with one quick look, pinpointed the problem and resolved it right on site without delay. I am so sold!! I am calling them again in early March on another property and all of my future plumbing issues. I highly recommend them!!

My wife and I both really love the service provided by this company. This is our second time having them come to make a repair. This time our water faucet on the shower broke. Shawn came to replace it but found that he had the new style type that is not compatible with our old style faucet control. But he suggested that we just order it ourselves and he showed me how to replace it and he even helped me order the correct part online, and did not charge us any fee at all! We couldn't ask for any more fair and honest and courteous service. Great company. We highly recommend John the Plumber!
