T-town friends PLEASE call and trust in John The Plumber & crew!!! I have called on them over 4 times now, and ALWAYS they deliver with honesty, integrity, and respect! I've had the pleasure of meeting John, Mark and now Eric and could not brag more on their experience! Yesterday, I found a leak (from upstairs sink) but we did not know for sure where, it damaged the ceiling downstairs. Kim from the office took my info down and had Eric out the next afternoon! He came prepared, patient and knowledgeable. Eric looked throughly at everywhere, measuring distance to aim an exact spot of where the water could be coming from before resorting to cutting the drywall! Found the problem of the cracked pipe, saw the leak and repaired the pipe. It was a challenge and in a tight space!
Trust these guys! Give them your patience when booking, as you will not be disappointed! They get you taken care of and best of all, THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

I called one other company who told me it would be $250 just to have someone come out. I was given a four hour window and after everything was done I paid just under $150. Very professional and friendly. If I have any future problems I will be calling again!! A local business ran by friendly professional people at a great price.

I bought the house I've been renting for 8 years in Tehachapi so naturally something had to go wrong immediately, and right before Christmas right?! In my case that was a burst main water line that had to be completely replaced in this 70 year old house because the pipe and leak were under the garage! John has done much of the plumbing on this house over the years so that's who I turned to in an emergency and I'm very glad I did! Fair and Honest John the plumber did expert work fast and made sure to keep the costs as low as possible for me! 5 Stars because 6 wasn't an option!

The job was done correctly, but they have no eye for detail. None of the pipes were straight that were exposed in the garage. looks like an amateur did the job. After returning to fix the lines that were routed wrong in the attic their fix for not being straight or level was to put black insulation on it.

Very honest plumbers. Big name brand plumber told me I needed my house repiped. John gave me a good estimate but then told me my pipes were good copper and I didn't need it. They also fixed my shower and a leak. I highly recommend this company. Good people.

Thank God for John the Plumber he came to my husband and my rescue when our propane line developed a significant leak and needed replacing. After our propane people Delta Energy came out and checked the reason we had no hot water because in 4 years we have never ran out of propane. Delta Energy manager Mike accessed our problem and got a 2nd opinion from Sean both confirmed the leak. John the plumber came out the next day said he could fix our problem by the afternoon, so happy to say he did an excellent job.

Fantastic! Super happy they responded to our panic call 1st thing in the morning. Water coming up from both toilets and showers had us totally freaked out. Annie was dispatched within the hour and rescued us! She was knowledgabke, calming and friendly. Got right down to business. This was our first plumbing emergency as homeowners and we were so happy John the Plumber was up to the task and was able to take care of our messy issue! We have had real issues finding good and reliable help in our new small town...so glad this worked out! Highly recommend!
