John was recommended to me by a friend who normally is my go-to-guy who was booked up at present. I called John and spoke directly to him and not a recording. We agreed on a price and he gave me an ETA. I received a text that he was on the way and he arrived shortly after. Upon arrival, I showed him the task I needed completed and he got his tools and went to work. He completed the job in a timely manner and it was done to our satisfaction. I found John to be a very pleasant and competent repair tech. He was timely, courteous and professional. I highly recommend him.

It pains me to write this, especially being a local with many good reviews but I would hate for this to happen to anyone else so I feel it is my duty to inform those other "potential" victims.
We hired John to power wash our fence and deck. We had to have him come out a couple different times to " complete" that correctly first of all.
Secondly, after the power washing was complete we were instructed to pick out a stain color. After that (and hundreds if dollars later) we attempted to contact John to schedule a time to come back and stain the fence and deck and finish the job. John never returned our calls, emails, etc. Going through treatment at the time left me with little energy therefore I was not able to search for someone to complete the job. We now have to re-powerwash the fence and deck and start completely over as well as pay put hundreds more to have it all power- washed over again! PLEASE BEWARE as this man is very unreliable and frankly wish washy. I was also going to post my review on FB but it looks like he unfriended us before we had the chance....guess he saw it coming. Sad...lol.
