Great people, great company, I have used them for 15 years. They are always fair in pricing and their work is clean and fast. They have replaced two hot water boilers and hot water heaters on different jobs, several remodels and two new builds. One 5,000 and one 7,000 sq. ft. home. One of the best things is Paul would either call or stop by the job to schedule his move in's to keep the job running smooth and not conflicting with other subs. Stinnett plumbing and their people are a real good outfit .

Went local, happy I did, main drain clogged, thankfully not much raw sewage involved, John and his son came quickly, were professional and got the job done, would use them again......

I'm happy the boiler work was done and correctly I think, it works now. However, the after hours ""Radio Dispatch"" is non exsistent, mediocre customer service...I was asked if I was a renter and the responses to my questions were just so-so. The after hours service response I got was, ""I work 60 hrs during the week, not on the weekends.""
I know I have moved to the country and I guess I expected better service, customer relations and some hospitality and better pricing. My bill was over $100 the ""quote"". I will go elsewhere for furture plumbing and heating service.

After arriving to a VERY offensive smell at our office, my husband instantly knew there was a plumbing problem. After finding ""stuff"" (use your imagination) floating in the shower in the basement, he knew it was something that he didn't want to mess with. I called John Stinnett Plumbing, and the lady informed me the guy would arrive within a couple of hours. He was there in a half hour. Great! It took him 30-45 minutes. He even had to take the toilet out to reach the line. After all was said and done, it was a little less than $200. Well worth not having to mess with doing it ourselves! Not to mention, anytime you have a plugged sewer line is just dirty bad news. I was very pleased with the quick response and I thought the price was reasonable. And my husband was so pleased he didn't have to work on it himself. =)
