Michael, Joseph, Armando and team were all great. House was repiped and whole house water filter added. During the process they answered all my questions, were very respectful of the house, cleaned up at the end of every day, and simply just super professional. Armando would check with us every day before the team left to show us the days progress, explain the next steps for next days work, and go over any concerns we had. High quality work for sure!

Watch these guys. They will take you for a ride. Their repairs include exorbitant hidden labor charges. They will provide a $45 part for a mere $485. You better hope you don't need 2 parts. If you challenge the charges they will take 2 days to get back to you. No customer service email to use.

I had Stevenson Plumbing our to replace our garbage disposal. I took the
time to look up the price of the disposal we were having installed, $110.
The service man said it would cost just under $500 to complete the install-
ation! That is rediculous. I wont be calling them again!

Dillion & Issac AMAZING Techs! They were here all day putting in new furnace. Professional, intelligent, patient and they are 5 star service. Company emails you who your techs are and a bit about them professional & personal. Please if you need a heating & plumbing company this is your best bet. Prices right on target. Feel so blessed I found them.

We had a hot water line leak that was under the house and causing our floors to become very warm. We had several different companies come out to evaluate the issue. John Stevenson was not only provided us with the best quote, but their quote was to reroute the plumbing with copper pipes vs. the other companies using plex piping.

The job supervisor was Joe. He came out to do the initial quote and I immediately liked his personality. He completely understood our needs and was not shy to give me the honest answers of the good the bad and the ugly.

Once we were ready to move forward, Joe had his team out the next day as promised. Our main guy was named John, who came out to do the work. Joe came out as well to supervise the job getting done. They got everything done in 2 days with very little distractions. There was an issue with our toilet when it came time to putting everything back, but they were able to figure out a solution that didn't cost me anything more.

We were so pleased with their service that I pulled the trigger and had them replace my water heater and garbage disposal at the same time.

Called for the $79 special drain cleaning for a clogged bathroom sink. After waiting 8 hours guy shows up and said it will be $89 if he can't clear the drain. He then presented me an estimate for $289 because it might be difficult. I asked him to leave and bought a $10 plunger. Drain cleared!!!

This going to be a long review, so get ready.
On January 5th I called around looking for a plumber that will work on Saturdays as we were doing a remodel and it was to be completed on Friday afternoon and it could not wait until Monday. We have a fantastic plumber who just simply doesn't work weekends or we would have used them.
We needed a kitchen sink installed along with all the plumbing to the drain, install faucet and garbage disposal, two vanity sinks installed with faucets to the drains, reattach waterline to fridge and reinstall dishwasher. We had all of the items, we just needed a trusted expert to install. I had photos and links to all the items which I provided same day to Veronica however they would not even give me a ball park price even a basic price to install a faucet. In hind sight I feel this way they can just wing it and charge what they want on the day. Since I could not find anyone else for a Saturday, I had no choice really and booked the appointment and was given a window of 8am to 2pm.
While on the Nextdoor app I see a thread of people complaining about this company and how they were ripped off, taken advantage off and pushed into services they really did not need and many more stories to that affect. I was worried honestly but I knew what I needed and what I didn't and was aware it could cost more since it was a Saturday.
Since this was a rental property and tenanted, we were obligated to place the tenant elsewhere during the week at our expense. So obviously delays would cost us upwards of $150 a night. The entire project was complete on Friday as planned, just needed all the plumbing done. Everything relied on these clowns.
Day before the work was to be done, Friday 21stJanuary I get an email to confirm my appointment which is normal. Day of the appointment, I am on site at 8am waiting for the call they are on their way. 10am rolls around and crickets. I called just to see if I could get an approximate time. Veronica answered and said that she could not provide a time since the technician is currently at a job. I asked if she could contact the technician please as I would like to know and I would really appreciate it. She placed me on hold and minutes later and came back and said ""Sorry it doesn't look like we can come out today, our technician is too busy"". I will spare you all the thoughts and cuss words that went through my mind. I explained this was urgent and I booked over two weeks prior and they need to find someone ASAP. Again, ""We are unable to provide service today"" I asked to speak to a manager, Kimberly came on after a hold wait who basically said the same thing. After further probing she said they had an emergency job come up, but then said ""sorry however we are not immune to the covid situation"". Um how is a plumbing emergency a covid situation? Bull excuse, they overbooked. I swore she must have said it 10 times ""we are not immune"".
What made me the most mad was that I could have been sitting around until 2pm thinking they were going to show up, lucky I called. When I asked her when I was going to be notified to which she replied ""we just hadnt gotten around to calling you yet"" I told her they screwed us and now im out two more nights accommodation for our tenant and it will likely be difficult to even get someone else in on Monday. She offered us an appointment for Tuesday the following week. Firstly, I would NEVER use these guys again and cant believe she even though we would, however how come we don't get a priority for first thing Monday? I was very clear how angry I was and hung up. Immediately calling every plumber I could find. No luck.
My husband arrived who saw me in tears and called them. Kimberly told him the same thing verbatim. He demanded a Monday appointment and she declined, they are fully booked. He firmly asked to make it happen Monday. After being on hold, magically Monday is now available. We made the appointment. My husband took two days to do the work himself and a bazillion trips to Home Depot. We are out an extra $300 because of this incompetent business.
Monday morning. I cancelled. I didnt even believe that they would show up even if we did use them. Please DO NOT EVER USE THESE GUYS. Im appalled that this company runs their business this way. Im disgusted and am exercising any channel I can to post this review.

I'm sure they will reply saying we can't help emergencies and Covid this and Covid that etc blah blah. But how about a call first thing? How about telling us we are a priority and will come first thing Monday? How about you seem like you actually care? How about you don't blame Covid

We received a fast response when our sewer line backed up. They showed us the problem with video, and presented options with cost/benefit assessments. Very knowledgeable and professional.

We were very impressed with Michael, who came out to try to find a possible slab leak. He was very thorough, and spent all the time he needed trying to investigate. He was professional, prompt and had a positive attitude. We highly recommend Stevenson and Michael!

An update on my review of 1/5/22. The John Stevenson PHA Co. responded with an appointment for a check of the system, in a week. However, a few days later the problem disappeared, no more smell. All seems fine now and the system is working well. We will have safety and city inspections next, I'mm sure it will be fine. I upgraded my rating of this company, and may come back later with further comments. I thank the Co. for responding so well to my questions and complaints. They were very courteous.
