John Stevenson Plumbing has been the only plumbers I have used since 2019.
They have not only done plumbing in my house's bathrooms and kitchen, but last year took out my old air conditioner and replaced it with a beautifully running new one. Just this week, I needed some new faucets replaced for my washing machine and dryer and again, the work and service done by Patrick was outstanding.
I will be needing a new water heater and a pipe replaced, which was recommended by Patrick. This also I will be having John Stevenson's Service doing the job. A wonderful business to work for you!!

I contacted this company to fix my furnace that was not working properly. First, a young technician came and quoted me over $800 to do whatever and told me he could work on it but it would not solve the entire problem with the system. Then he called his supervisor to verify his diagnosis, but he said I probably don't need to replace the system since it's only 6 years old. The supervisor came 30 min later and tried to convince me to replace it with a new system. He said it will cost $3700 to fix it or $ 7,200 to replace it with a new system. He said if they fix it, they will need to replace a half of system and rebuild it, but the new system will have a 10 year warranty. So I said my furnace should be still under warranty. He proceed to tell me that the manufacturer ""may not"" honor the warranty!??! At the point I knew he was trying to scam me so I told him to just email me a quote and got rid of him. I ended up contacting someone who previously worked on my AC. He came and fixed it in 2 hours and charged me only $150!!!!! This company is a big time scammer. Run if they contact you!!!

I had Elijah Gootee (for Drains), Thomas Halton and Bryan Seshun (both for furnace work) do a routine check of our drains and furnace, as part of Charlie's Care Club. All three workers were great and easy to understand, and overall nice to work with. Looking forward to working with them again, and would easily recommend them, and the company to family and friends.

Armando was out this morning and did a full home evaluation and addressed several issues we have in our home. He gave plenty of options and loads of detailed information to help me better understand the depths of the issues at hand. Armando put up with my barking and scared rescue dogs- cheers for that! He spent a massive amount of time at my home due to being incredibly detailed in his investigations and explanation to me.

well, it's been almost a year! john stevenson called this morning to schedule our ""free no cost to us service"" that we signed up for when they tanked the value, safety, and functionality of our house by putting plumbing outside
i wanted to update my previous review with some things we're still enjoying from john stevenson plumbing a year later.
1. outside plumbing. so pretty, right?
2. freezing cold water that takes forever to heat up thanks to the plumbing being outside! wim hoff method for your hands!
3. truly, the ugliest hardware and worst installation of it you've ever seen. it's installed crooked and they cut a giant hole for this monstrosity so the only way to fix it is to replace the entire tub
4. no self-awareness that your previous customers despise you! please keep me on your call list so i can continue to make sure these reviews stay live for your potential future clients

Signed up for Charlie's Care Club April of 2022. I was told this was an exclusive benefits package for the customer. The club is to include 4 in home evaluations and tune-ups. In 2022 I did not use the service as I should have. Since I had purchased the plan I have had them service the house on two occasions. The technicians are nice but know how to promote future repair work. Since I joined the Club in 4/2022 they have cancelled twice for the in home evaluation for plumbing and AC. The first cancellation was July 2023. This was for heating and cooling tune up only. They called me a day prior to the visit and told me that they are too busy with other customers needing service. The second in home evaluation was most recent for another heating and cooling tune up. This time I was called the same day after taking a half day off of work to be told they did not have enough technicians to provide service. Now I pay $12.99 a month to have this benefit for priority scheduling and discounts and system tune ups. As you can see it appears this program in my opinion is not worth being part (Charlie's Care Club) of. So think twice about joining and how much you would really use this Club. The time I took off work for them to reschedule twice this year was not worth the annual dues and loss income.

Originally had this company come out to service our water heater, they were friendly and recommended their monthly payment program to avoid large expenses in the future. We signed up, however, when they came out to flush our Navien 2 year old water heater, after flushing and at the re-assembly process he said there was a crack under the tape in the condensate trap and it began leaking. Please note he found the leaking part after a complete inspection and flushing the unit. We called the plumber that originally installed the water heater and they said it was not broken since it was brand new and it would have leaked right away. They put tape on the condensate trap due to the O ring was not enough to stop water from leaking. Per the attached picture it looks like the part was broken upon re-assembly by pushing the holding pins too hard.
We called the manager of John Stevenson plumbing and explained what transpired and that his technician broke our condensate trap and it is now leaking. The Navien water heater company said the parts are still under warrantee but they only work with plumbing companies. The person at John Stevenson, has refused to help us and we are now reporting him to the contractor's board to come out and replace the broken condensate trap.

I had this company come out to assess my HVAC system which was quite old and not working as it should. They quoted me for a new installation and I had them come out and do the work. They were very professional and efficient. However when they came out to do their one-year free check up, they quoted me a further $1,000 to repair/replace the duct work in the attic. As it was $9,000 for the initial work, I was left wondering why they didn't do this in the beginning. I had the feeling that it was a way to get further work and dollars, so I was very disappointed with the follow up.

Just had Stevenson coming out to check out house for small plumbing issue since just moved into this home. Brent came out and had his supervisor, Mike, came out to verify Brents' discoveries. Both very professional and knowledgeable. After reviewing replacing values under all sinks & toilets for leak prevention & discovering water heater isn't up to par, a new appointment set up to install brand new water heater and replace valves. Promptly came on time and worked most of day to complete the tasks. Luis & his partner finished the insttall & you would never know they were working in & out of the house.....left my house & property perfect. Thanks guys!!!!
Very very pleased to know my house is working without worries

I initially contacted Stevenson Plumbing as part of getting bids for a whole house filtration system and a descaling system for my home. They had been recommended by a family member. Joseph Wood was Stevenson's rep who came by and gave me several excellent ideas on how to proceed with the right system and system placement. He then worked with me to get an excellent priced written bid. I selected Stevenson for my project.

On my scheduled installation date, Technicians Blake D. and Buddy O. arrived on time following a text message that they were on the way with their picture and name. After a review of the planned project they made some excellent suggestions for minor installation modifications that improved my project.

They were on site for a little over four hours installing a Novo Whole House Filter and Flow-Tech Descaler. They were very polite and conducted themselves professionally. Their work was expertly done and completed to my satisfaction. They reviewed their work with me making sure all my questions were answered. They then provided me with all the written warranty info.

The day after the work was completed I got a call from Stevenson's Customer Service Department making sure I was completly satisfied and wanting to know if I had any further questions.

I was very pleased with the accomplished project, the price I paid and the excellent customer service. I certainly recommend them for anyone considering a major plumbing project.
