Called them to fix a leaky kitchen range hood exhaust duct that was blowing cooking odors from light fixtures, ceiling cavity etc. Eric arrived on time, diagnosed the job quickly - the exhaust ductwork was improperly connected behind drywall by previous owner and so the hood was venting into the space between joists. They gave me a fair quote to repair it right away, I agreed and ~3 hours later the ducts were removed, realigned and connected with loads of adhesive/tape and vented nicely to outside the house. He also did the repair in a clever way to minimize holes in the drywall and avoid disturbing the cabinets. I could see the job was done carefully and the joints were fixed robustly.

What I also highly appreciate is that they did the job right away and didn't reschedule for another day etc....and saved me time.

I would use their prompt, friendly and quality service again.

I had a problem with our AC unit couple of weeks ago during the high wing just before new years eve. I called them and they accommodated me right away and set up an appointment for me the very next day. When the technician came, he was a very clean cut young man called Luis. He was VERY professional and VERY detailed throughout the whole process. The service Luis gave me, I'll give him a 11 out of 10. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs AC service.

I had a new Furnace/AC unit and all new ductwork done by Complete Comfort over a year ago. Eric and his crew did a great job with the install. I had a lot of questions and Eric was very good at addressing everything and explaining things very thoroughly to me. I've had a couple follow-up visits from Travis and Luis to check on some minor things and I was happy with their service as well.

I called and left a vm on Saturday around 10am and in 10 min Mike called me back. He was upfront about the Servise call being $89 and it doesn't subtract from the Repair cost because he said other companies just inflate their repair cost and subtract it afterward.
He said he could send something someone in 15 min and sure enough, Eric showed up on time. The immediately went to work and diagnosed both the inside and outside units. Within a short time, he determined that Ky thermostat was broken, everything else was working fine. He also told me how to repair it the best way and simplest way. Went to Home Depot got the part, fixed it.
This guy Eric does it with a smile and great personality.

Excellent service. During the heat wave while another 10 A/C companies were too busy to come out, CC was able to fix our unit within a couple days. We asked for a follow up visit and Mike S. came out to answer all my questions and more. He even went up into the attic to evaluate all my piping. To say Mike went above and beyond is an understatement. Highly recommend this company for your AC needs.

Extremely satisfied with the customer service and level of quality from these guys, from the estimate to the execution of the job... They were the only ones responsive to my Yelp inquiries during which I'm sure was a busy heatwave season, and gave reasonable pricing among different tier options... When they came they were super friendly, clean, and quick. They even neatly trimmed the side of a tree for me that would have otherwise been obstructing airflow for the unit. The whole process was as painless as can be... I would definitely recommend!
