Eric came by to do my first maintenance visit. He showed up on time, was incredibly thorough and was friendly as ever! I had a little confusion time but Krystal was right on the phone calling to assure me they would be here according to plan and Eric was! What an amazing team at Complete Comfort! I needed my 30 year old, mismatched Furnace/AC system replaced. I interviewed 3 great installers so it was hard to choose but Mike made me feel the most confident that they would listen to my wishes and do a high quality job. I take a lot of pride in my home so have very high standards about the quality and appearance of the things put into it. I was given 4 different units at different price levels to choose from. Krystal was very helpful in answering my questions and very responsive.

Eric and Jose did an amazing install. I had them move the condenser to a different part of my yard and it looks great. They were ontime to the install, did fast work, were always open and inviting about my MANY questions and requests and left the work site cleaner than they found it.

I will be recommending Complete Comfort to my friends and family.

Complete Comfort heating and Air is the best contractor service and company we've ever worked with. From the Sunday call back to take care of our A/C unit that went out in 100 degree weather to the prompt response, emergency service a few hours later to a complete brand new installation. Eric and his teammates were friendly, professional efficient, and so meticulous in making sure everything looked great and clean after install.

The AC in my apartment was leaking, and the maintenance people sent out my apartment complex's office didn't seem to know exactly what was happening. I decided to call in a professional to take a look and get a proper diagnosis. After some searching, I found Complete Comfort Heating and Air on Yelp. I gave them a call, and they were able to schedule an appointment with someone the very next day.

The next day, I received a call from Michael confirming that the technician Eric would be visiting my home within an hour window. Very soon, I also got a call from Eric himself - he had gotten done with an earlier job sooner than expected, and he kindly offered to come early to take a look at the AC.

Eric showed up just 20 minutes after our phone call, and was professional, polite, and friendly. After I filled him in on all the details, he got to work. He instantly identified some problem points in the installation, and very soon thereafter pointed out a large hole in the condensate drain pan that had resulted as a combination of a bad weld and corrosion over time.

After some advice, he offered to get me a quote for the replacement, as a repair would not be possible with how badly the pan had corroded. I was upfront with him that I would not be purchasing a replacement as I was renting, but that I would gladly take a quote and then present it to the property management company alongside his diagnosis of the problem so that they could take action. Eric whipped up a quote in no time, explained all the benefits of Complete Comfort's warranty, and the details of the replacement.

Calling Eric over to provide me a detailed diagnosis, quote, and extensive advice as to my options only cost me a measly $69. Afterwards, I was easily able to contact the office to receive documentation of the diagnosis to provide to my landlord, which I received in minutes.

After my experience with Complete Comfort's quality customer service and Eric's professionalism and expertise, I have no hesitations recommending them to anyone looking for quality service with friendly touch.

Called Complete Comfort during a crazy week long heat wave and they were able to squeeze me in quickly. Happy to have such a quick response as my A/C died and it was 105+ for the 3rd straight day.

Appointment process was outstanding. Staff was very friendly and clearly communicated the process and scheduling. Once appointment was made I received a follow up phone call to keep me informed of when they would arrive. Michael arrived exactly as scheduled.

Micheal assessed the problem, clearly explained the issue and took the time to check the entire HVAC system. No rushing or speeding the assessment or repair. No question that Micheal was a pro. Repairs were made and system was up and running.

System was old and had not been serviced in many years.. a ripe opportunity for recommendation of bogus services/repairs - that did not happen.

System was stressed tested for the next 48 hrs as heat wave continued and A/C was running on a heavy load - zero issues after the repair.

Micheal also took the time to answer a barrage of questions regarding our future needs to replace our aging system.

Likely I could have saved a few dollars with another service, but there are situations where top notch service, experience, professionalism, and competence are worth every penny. If these are the qualities you are looking for .. look no further :-)

Great service and more importantly an honest service. They had to reschedule but Travis called almost two hours ahead to see if we were ok with it. Things come up and I understand that changes needs to be made on the fly.

Travis came than at the the new time me on points my and did a great service. Will recommend this company to my friends. Too bad they don't to plumbing to help my drain!! Hope the next plumbing company loamy is as good as they were.

On the Friday before one of the hottest Labor Days in recent history, our A/C broke down. The very next day, on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, we got an appointment when everyone else said the best they could do was Tuesday. Eric was congenial and knowledgeable. After a briefing on our problem, Eric got right to work. Our issue was the capacitor. Even after that replacement he fully inspected the condenser and duct work and our registers. And I appreciated that he shared his findings and kept us informed of what was going on in real time. In Southern California, A/C is so vital, we joined the membership to better and cost effectively maintain our heating and cooling system. 5 stars for the company and for Eric!

I would recommend this company to anyone that expects good service by professionals. They clearly were the right Choice for our AC problem. Very prompt and courteous.
From the girl answering the phone to the tech Eric doing the repair work, I was very impressed how quick they responded to our situation.

Like many others in OC my air con unit stopped working yesterday. It has been 85 to 90 degrees in the evening here. These guys said they would be there and they stuck to there word. A bit late arriving but all things considered I can't argue about that as they are so busy.
I now have a happy wife. Big thank to Michael the boss for keeping in touch and of course to eric who arrived with a big smile and was very courteous. Nice job guys.
