We found Complete Comfort through Yelp and are so glad we did!! We have had the absolute best experience with this company, with their customer service and with their employees/technicians. We were in the market for a new AC unit last year and they helped us pick out the perfect unit for our family. Most recently, our technician Travis returned for a seasonal check up prior to the start of summer and extreme heat and helped us pick out a SMART thermostat.. we chose the Ecobee4 and he quickly installed and gave us a tutorial on how to use it. We were so happy with the helpful service and with the knowledge of our technician Travis that we have signed up for another year of their service program. Of course my AC unit went out during the
heat wave and knew finding anyone to come out would be close to impossible. I started looking to Yelp for help. Well as luck has it, Complete Comfort was able to accommodate. These guys are AMAZING!! I got an air conditioning unit installed into my home and I could not be happier. I wanted it to be COLD... and Mike walked me through all the different options and really had patience with me in figuring out what I needed. These guys go WAY above and beyond the call of duty to make the customer happy.

Example... Eric mentioned they needed to use plaster for one part of the install.. so I jokingly pointed to another area of my house that needed to be fixed and said ""Sounds good... if you have extra patch that hole there too"". Keep in mind this was totally not related to the install... so they ofcourse had no obligation to do it. BUT he did!! My jaw hit the floor when I saw he patched up the whole area just for free.. and did a fantastic job!

Anyhow, these guys are awesome... and my new Air conditioner works like a champ! Its like a meat locker in here.. JUST THE WAY I LIKE IT!!

Granted, they could have been a little more efficient at times, but ""all in"" they completed the project professionally and in a timely manner. Thank god I called this company. Travis is amazing. He is honest and helpful. Before I called them for service, I had a company called Cole Service, The technician named Jeff came to check my AC/ heater system, he put the bottom cover on top and top cover on the bottom then told me that the cover was missing a screen and that is illegal, threatened me that I could get sued and refused to add freon for me because it's too old and I need to install a whole new system for $5k-$10k. Then I called another company named AmTech who told me that the blower was broken and I need to spend $650. What dishonest people out there. I have learned always have more than one company to give estimates.
