Hired Jon to come over and look at my heater. My tenants were relying on me to get it fixed so they could use it for the last few weeks of winter weather here. I explained ALL of this to Jon. Jon looked at the heater, told me he would need to come back the next day to
fix it. The next day came, nothing. No call, no text. I texted Jon at 5pm the next day and and he said ""honestly, I forgot. I won't change you for the first appointment if you need to find someone else."" Charge me? You didn't even do anything and you didn't even show up when you said you would. He knew I was in a difficult place with the heater. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. Luckily found an awesome guy who responded and came right over and fixed the thing, no parts needed the following day. I'm annoyed I ever wasted my time with a flakey technician.

Our Boiler shut down on us and John came within 2 hours to fix it. He finished the job within 1 hour and the price was very affordable. John has over 30 years of experience and is an expert in this field. I would highly recommend John Bileau for all heating projects.
