Joe was communicating with me before and after they made or encountered any repair and suggested work needed. I've been remodeling a home I bought recently and have used John's Plumbing at least 4 times over the course of a month and I have to say what a pleasure it is to have someone come out and know what their doing. Each time Joe has been the one to take care of my services calls. He's very knowledgable and efficient too. If you have any type of plumbing problems, I would highly recommend their company. I have had this company come out twice now, and both times I was extremely satisfied with my service! The first time was for a repair on our water heater. They were fast and reasonably priced. We had an issue a week later and they even came back out at no charge to help us figure it out! The second time was for a pipe in our ceiling that had been leaking for a long time. They came out and repaired it. Again, quickly and at a reasonable price! Both times Joe came out with a second person to help. Everyone has been extremely professional, knowledgable and friendly. I'm so glad I found John's Plumbing and Rooter!!

John's Plumbing is excellent! After calling several other plumbers who wanted to charge outrageous fees just to come out, he told us no way, that's way too much. Needless to say we asked them to come out and Joe was here within 30 minutes and fixed the issue within 10. If any other issue comes up, Joe is our man.

John's plumbing does good work but charges high prices. I had him install a toilet and a faucet in the bathroom for my 86 year old Dad last Thursday. And replace some faucet cartridges in the other bathroom. He charged my Dad $650. Way, way over priced. I had to call him back. I was nice to him. I had him come back and ream out the drain in the Master Bath bath tub. I should of asked for a refund and gone elsewhere to auger the bath tub. Surprisingly, when I first used him the week before they charged my Dad $650 to install a new sink, and garbage disposal and faucet. I thought that was fair. That is why I called him back to do the toilet. Moral of the story, get a price quote before he does work.

Best. Plumber. Ever! Third one we called. After more than 24 hours without water and after two OTHER plumbers (one who showed up and then ""vanished"" and one who never arrived), the tech from John's Plumbing was there within 30 minutes after we called and began work the moment he got there. He immediately diagnosed the problem correctly and solved it within a couple of hours!

I found John's Plumbing on Yelp (so grateful that Yelp is here). The great reviews encouraged me to call him after we had tried the others. I've been looking for a plumber I could call on a regular basis. I definitely am going to put his number into my phone and call him anytime I need someone to work on my plumbing.

I've owned my house for 27 years and have the same 2 water heaters that were installed when I purchased my home. Last night, there was no hot water in the back of the house. I called John's plumbing on a Saturday. There is NO charge for an estimate. They came in 45 minutes. John's son, Joe, was very professional. He replaced a part and did not try to sell me a new water heater, which I appreciated.
The bill was $165. Perfect. Great service, very professional, highly recommended. When I need to replace my water heater, I definitely will call John to do it.

Very disappointed in the response I received from John. My elderly Hispanic landlord called to get information about quotes and wasn't responding in the manner John needed or quickly enough, so I called to get information. I explained the situation to him and he explained to me she (my landlord) didn't want to give him the information and she was giving him a whole book of information and he had 20 other calls on the line and then swore in the process!
Then as quickly as the call started, he said, ""No, not interested in this one. Thank you."" and hung up. WOW! It's a shame because it seemed as though they were a professional company from the comments, but at this juncture, I will not recommend them to anyone.
