Two of our bath tub cartridges had to be replaced. Nick is awesome! Nick replaced parts with better quality ones, as there was an issue with the initial plastic cartridge replacement. (Also, it's a comfort knowing the better quality parts will last many years). Very professional, did outstanding job...our bath tub faucets have never worked so smoothly in our nearly 20 years living in our home! Not only great job, professionalism, friendly, excellent customer care reliability, but their written guarantee makes what you pay for worth it. John's Plumbing & Rooter was the only plumping service I was able to find that was able to come out same day. Very grateful for their service.

John's Plumbing is the only place I trust. I have had my fair share of issues with leaks, toilets and other contractors crappy service.

I am so grateful when I moved to Hesperia in 2005 I saw a Johns truck and remembered them when I needed them. I can honestly tell you I have never met a more trustworthy business than Johns. They stand behind their work, offer good prices for top quality work and they are there when you need them.

A few years back when I had a massive water leak in my wall I called them in a panic and Joe was at my house in less than 30 minutes preventing damage to my drywall, my new floors and most importantly prevented any mold.

Today I had my 16 year old water heater replaced with a tankless water heater, had two toilets replaced and a faucet replaced. Joe and his apprentice went above and beyond to get my family taken care of.

They took all of the health precautions necessary to deal with COVID and while installing one of the toilets found a problem due to shoddy workmanship by the builder could have resulted in a massive problem. Joe came in, diagnosed the problem, and came up with a quick solution.

Again...this level of service isn't something you find much anymore. If there is one business I would recommend without hesitation it's my friend John and Joe at Johns plumbing.

Understanding the old adage of you get what you pay for, I know when Joe leaves my house it's in much better shape than when he arrived.

You work hard for your house. Don't trust hidden issues to fly by night places to save a few pennies. Go with an established company who built their reputation on quality service, hard work, and a fair price.

Can't say enough about this place. Our water heater was on its last leg. Which wouldnt be a big deal but we have a baby. John was straight forward and honest about pricing. I had a chronic issue with low hot water pressure in my showers and over the years used another plumber outfit that really didn't fix the issue. In fact they recommended complete re-piping. Not wanting that expense i wanted a 2nd opinion. So I called in John's Plumbing and over much discussion they went above and beyond to fix the issue without re-piping. The wife will be very happy taking showers now. And when she is happy, i am happy.

John's Plumbing has been professional, prompt, and has been some of the best service we've had on our home. We originally called them out to remove some old, broken solar water heaters on our roof. They removed them, then found out they were so tied into the plumbing that we mostly needed new pipe work if we wanted reliable heated water in the house. They also suggested tankless water heaters, because we have a giant Jacuzzi tub in our master that NEVER fills up all the way with hot water, we always run out.

One day. They redid our plumbing, installed two tankless water heaters, got roots out of some underground pipes, and installed a new toilet, ALL IN ONE DAY. They were also so professional and so pleasant!

We have recommended John's plumbing to everyone we know, and will continue to do so. Friendly people, great service, and fair prices.

So I called because my hot water heater was draining from the overflow, concerned that the tank may be under pressure and not being home to fix it (my girlfriend was home) I called Johns to fix it. They were fast getting there and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. However, they quoted my girlfriend 250 dollars to replace a part that costs 30 dollars at home depot and were indeed already replacing it before she could call me about the cost. When she did get me on the phone with them they were pretty much done. I asked them how much the part was and why it was so expensive and the techs response was ""I don't know we just grab it from the warehouse""..... Right. Then he said he'll drop the price from 270 to 250... How can he drop the price or even give an accurate price if he ""doesn't know"" how much it costs in the first place! Won't be using them again.
