Will H.Can't be trusted. Had a guy come out and quoted me $1,000+ and started repairs without my permission. Then I had another plumber come and check my system. Everything Piccirilli was attempting to fix was not broken. It was a simple cord that was disconnected from the thermostat. Buyer beware. These guys will try to fix what is not broken then claim what they ""fixed"" took care of the issue after all. Also this guy loves to take his customers to court. He is a court jockey and knows the judge.
John is a very rude and unprofessional, he went to my property check the furnace and did not give us any information and when we call hem he acts like we were his enemy. I do not recommend any body to contact him for any work.
Lily Q.After coming to my house and just turning on my boiler, the tech advised that everything would be ok since I had changed the batteries in the thermostat. I called them again 3 days later because my thermostat was not working properly and was told that I had refused to pay their $189 fee and acted out with the tech which are absolute lies. He quoted us $89 and we gave him a credit card to pay it. When I told the office staff this, I was screamed and told that their techs don't lie and not to call them again. They shouldn't worry because I will never use them again. The owner of this company needs to screen his techs better, he has a liar as a tech and very rude people answering his phone.
John M.We woke up and did not have any working heat. Their service person was out within just a few hours and gave us exactly what we needed. Fair $89 ""service price"". He was here for almost two hours to find the problem and that was still the total cost. I would 100% recommend.
Made appt for issues with our well pressure tank. Never told about $89 flat visit fee. Tech came, pinged on tank and said he found it odd tank wasn't filled with water if bladder was bad, but we'd need a whole new tank...to the tune of $1480! I asked if he wanted me to flush a toilet or run water so he could see what was happening with tank/gauges, but he said no- you need a new tank. I refused, paid him his fee (which I didn't know about) and off he went. My husband and I did some research and were able to fix the issue with our water pressure by simple adding air to the tank- no new tank needed at this time. If we need one in the future we will cross that bridge. Called the company to tell them and owner, John, called me back. Wow...I've never been talked to by an owner like he spoke to me. Very rude, telling me I just put a ""band aide"" on my issue. Well, so what?! The tech didn't even bother to check my pressure tank psi or look at the gauge. He flat out wanted to charge me $1480. John said he'd mail me back my $89 ""if I could live with myself"" and he didn't need my money or business. He said he'd make a note never to do business with me again. I said, ok- mind you I'd never asked for my money back just wanted to point out that we seemed to have resolved the problem, even if temporarily and I wouldn't be recommending his business to anyone I knew. He said well, I was going to give you back your $89 but if you're going to be like that, forget it. WOW. If you are in the market for a plumber, I strongly suggest you keep searching. Tech was polite and I'm guessing he's just doing what he's been told...sell sell sell.
My mother was charged $185 for a fill valve on a toilet! A less than $20 part, and this didn't even include the labor! Ridicu
Barbara O.After three visits and two separate plumbers working on small drip under my sink, no repair and wanted to charge me an additional $185 after the owner told me their work was guaranteed and I would not have to pay anything more, not to mention the loss of items stored under the sink from the continual dripping after the ""repair"". Please warn your friends and family of this company. After posting this on FB, so far 2 other people have advised they went through the similar situation with them.
Poor work, poor customer service. My next stop, the AG's office.
I no longer own my home, but want to give John and his company a five star review for their service through the years. They are who they say they are and always treated me fairly and solved all my issues.
The best visit was the one where a wood duck somehow got stuck in my chimney and they were able to get it out....!!!
Bad news! They seemed happy to give me the bad news , that I needed a new furnace because the heat exchange was broken . Called someone else for a second opinion . Turns out the heat exchanger was broken . It was still under warranty . So second opinion guy got the replacement part and fixed it .
Kate H.Terrible, unprofessional. Installed well pump improperly. They are aware of the situation, and refuse to return calls to the office and the owner's cell phone. I would never recommend this company.
