I had the most delightful experience with John Phillips Plumbing. I have a rental unit that needed the plumbing under the sink replaced (seller had sold it with cheap plastic accordion pipe). John easily understood what needed to be done and got it done quickly while also joking with me and exchanging stories about our families. It was such a great experience and he charged a very fair price. I highly recommend him!

We have turned to John Phillips twice since moving in to our home a little over 2 weeks ago. On our first morning, we found the hot water heater had gone on strike. We called John Phillips, and in short order, we had a new hot water heater. Ten days later, we discovered that our toilet was leaking. We called John, expecting to purchase a new toilet. Instead, he found that the toilet may have been improperly installed. He took it out, reset it, and now we are, if you will pardon the pun, good to go. And on that second visit, he also cleaned our sink drains and showed me how to replace the faucet aerators, which had accumulate many years of sediment.
