I called at 5pm due to emergency water heater leak. They were very nice and promised to have someone come out same day by 9pm. I agreed to the $350 min for the quick house call and got a confirmation email. No one showed up, so I called their 24-hour service line at 9:20pm. This time it sounded more like a call center, and the operator said they'd follow up but could make no promises. The next morning I cancelled and went with another (JG), who sent someone right out -- with no charge for the visit/estimate.

I needed a plumber immediately and got a 4 hr window appointment. When they called to tell me I was next, they couldn't tell me when they would be here. Robert Maas arrived. Once I showed him what needed to be repaired, he began trying to upsell me. He told me that the faucet wasn't up to current code (not true) , and I should switch to a single valve. I asked him the cost and it was a couple grand. I asked him for the basic fix (replacing the Pfister valves), again he tried to upsell me. It took him 10 minutes to tell me almost $900 for the simple repair. I thanked him for his time and escorted him to the door. I called another company and paid $180 (normally he charges $200). As a single woman, I'm glad that I am knowledgeable enough to know that this company was trying to take advantage of me. Be careful!

We had a master bathroom that needed to be upgraded, and I just didn't have time to do it myself with so much other stuff to fix in our house. So, my wife contacted John Padilla plumbing to help me out, and boy did they deliver.

When we bought our house the previous owner had a Bath Fitter shower installed, and it looked terrible. Plus, only a few years after the shower was installed, it was starting to come apart. On top of that, our vanity had fallen apart. The bathroom was a mess.

Jose P., Anthony and Jesus came out and took care of it all and it looks great. In addition, they replaced our water shut off valves in our garage and front yard, and replaced our pressure regulator in the garage.

My wife had got some quotes on all this work prior to contacting John Padilla Plumbing, and they were very pricey. This company gave us a solid quote on all this work, and now our bathroom looks great. Thank you so much to Jose, Anthony, and Jesus for doing such a great job and treating our home like it was your own. I highly recommend these guys and will be using them again if need be.
