I had a leak issue in my backyard and Gilberto Noe Garcia Pedroza arrived on time as promised.The guy was dressed sharply in a nice clean uniform and shoes. He troubleshot the problem and resolved it quickly and efficiently.
The bill was well within reason and l am truly impressed with John Padilla Plumbing.There was plenty of opportunity for Gilberto to break my bank but
l felt totally at ease with him and his work.

I recently had a plumbing problem which John Padilla Plumbing fixed for me. The original technician misdiagnosed the problem. When I called John Padilla to discuss my concern with the diagnosis of the problem they sent three people, including a manager, to my house who correctly diagnosed the problem. Leo and Oscar were courteous, thorough, and listened to me. The problem was fixed by Oscar who had a professional demeanor and explained everything that he was doing. More importantly, the problem has not recurred. I am happy with the service and will use them again.

Javier with his assistant fixed our bath tub drain pipe without taking off our tub. They did a professional job and I am very satisfied with their work. They are friendly too and willing to explain what they are doing. Paid the price quoted and is reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

I have used Padilla Plumbing in the past, and they are my go to plumbers.
Just had Arnold Valadez out for an emergency pipe leak. He was quick, efficient and explained things thoroughly. The price for the work was reasonable as well. Definitely recommend Padilla!

I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling from above tub area called John Padilla plumbing, Never will I use John Padilla plumbing again , guy came said needed to cut hole in roof to see if tub was leaking was charged 260$ to tell me no it's not leaking, technician seemed to be looking for things to charge me for later, called Anderson plumbing for a second opinion guy came said it was unnecessary to cut hole in ceiling to diagnose leak used Anderson plumbing to fix leaking faucet.

Overall great experience. I am giving 4 stars because there were some minor hiccups toward the end that could've been better. First was not receiving payment confirmation or receipts after requested. Also, we needed something done a little better, more aesthetic than anything. They did fix the issue. We are very happy with our water filtration system and new water heater.

I'm left with a expensive bill and was feeling like they wanted to get as much money out of me as could. Vague as to what was involved in the service, left without giving me a copy or email of the invoice and then the topper is trying to extort me for a crazy amount of money to fix a gas pipe so I refused and was left with no gas to my stove. I write this so can find some body else
