John did an excellent job with our clogged pipes and hot water heater. I would recommend him.

This guy is an absolute nut job. First, I called him and he said he was in between jobs and he could be here within 20 mins. An hour and a half later, he calls again to say he got hung up and he will be here within another 20 minutes. Another hour later, he finally shows up. Fortunately, I was doing work on my home and really wasn't too concerned that he was late. It happens. But what really ticked me off, was when he actually showed up for the job, and I already prearranged for my HOA to send someone to shut off the water main. The HOA said they will have someone there to shut off the water by 10am. It was literally 10:03 and John just blew a gasket. He began screaming in the parking lot in front of my building because this guy was running late to shut off the main. He began to yell at me because I didn't have it shut off ahead of time. Then he left. Meanwhile, the maintenance guy showed up at 10:15 and said he was shutting off 3 buildings that day and I was the second. The point is, John didn't respect my time at all after telling me he'd come in 20 minutes, but didn't show for 2 1/2 hours. I didn't complain at all. But then he flips a lid after waiting for our maintenance guy after 3 minutes and then he left the job. What a basket case. This guy is unstable.

I am extremely unhappy with the lack of professionalism this company has. One of his plumbers claiming to have over 35 years of experience came at my husband and I, screaming at us in front of a customers home. Long story, a professional should never yell at another professional.
Be careful with the way this company is run.

After having two other plumbers work on the same problem fail on us over the course of a few months, we called John based on a recommendation. He was very responsive, reasonably priced, and very helpful in diagnosing the real reason we were having issues. The problem was fixed and we've had no more issues. He's now done a few high quality jobs for us in our home and at our business. A good guy and a great plumber.

John replaced my water heater, all valves (including a few on my water line which he didn't charge me for) and gave me the best price out of 4 contractors I called. He was extremely nice and offered help with other items I needed to get done in my new house.

Had a plumbing issue Saturday morning. Called John. He was on his way to another job and graciously agreed to stop bye to help me out. That's where it went south. He looked at my issue and gave me a $500 quote and he could fit me in on Monday. I'd said that's seems like a lot of money. He then became verbally abusive and stomped out of my house. At that point I thought to myself he should rename his business ""Nutcase"" plumbing. I went to the Big Tool Box on Holly. They sold me the parts for $32.00 and I fixed it myself in 2 hours. Would have taken a Professional 30 minutes. This guy is an unstable ripoff artist.
