Our kitchen sink backed up during dinner prep last night. I called John Murray to get someone here ASAP because I didn't want to leave dirty dishes in the sink overnight. John personally came to save the day. He was efficient, clean and very professional. Turns out we need a new garbage disposal, He was not pushy nor tried to sell us one. He just gave us information as to what we need. I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

They sent two young guys to my elderly mother-in-law's home who refused to service her septic system (which was what she had called them to do) and then they demanded a $180 service fee simply for showing up. Shameful. Practically criminal.

They did a great job at the start. Two guys putting in two shower heads and replacing the air gap on my kitchen sink. But when the tape seemed to loosen on one of the shower heads, causing it to swivel on its own, I called for them to come back out and repair it. ""It's a service call,"" she said from the office. That's $105! To put tape on something that wasn't properly done in the first place! ""I'm looking at your records. That was 4 months ago."" When I told her that I won't pay for them to come repair something they installed incorrectly, she said she'd have the Office Manager call me. Still waiting.
Lesson: They only guarantee their work for UNDER 4 months.

I've used John Murray Plumbing for over 20 years but not anymore. Paid for work done on 3/24/2018. Today I have the same issue for same area and was told I would be recharged. No thank you

Put in my new water heater in an hour.
Quick and easy . Office staff had me email pics so they could confirm estimate they gave me over the phone. They did not up sell me or charge me for things I didn't need .

TJ did a great job yesterday! Efficient friendly and nicely done job! I will use this company again in the future if I ever have a need. Less expensive and more upfront about cost than other companies I have dealt with.

We needed (somewhat) last minute/emergency service because our shower head broke off while showering in the late afternoon today. Called John Murray plumbing and they were at our house within the hr to come fix it! Mr Murray himself came to fix the issue, surprisingly. He was friendly, honest, and prompt. Although we were worried it was going to cost an arm and a leg, we were pleasantly surprised that it ended up being very reasonably priced even WITH the emergency fee. We will def be using them for future services, and would recommend them to others too. Thank you!
