Had an after hour emergency and Cade was very helpful and professional. He walked me through a lot of questions before coming out and once he arrived, he went straight to work. I was really nervous as a line broke under the sink but Cade was very knowledgeable and quick to fix my problem. Highly recommend John Murray Plumbing for any plumbing issues you may have. John Murray Plumbing sent Cole today to repair a leaking toilet fill valve and a pop-up bathroom basin drain. He did excellent work and was a great person to work with.

John Murray is the plumber to use in the Santa Clarita area. This call was for preventative maintenance of the toilets. It was not a emergency. Received a call the morning of the appointment, and given a two hour window...between 12-2.
Miguel arrived on time. The 3 toilets were fully rebuilt. They were all done in less than a hour.

""John Murray Plumbing"" is the best plumbing service in Santa Clarita. They are timely, professional and have clear prices and do quality work. On a nice side note: we unexpectedly needed to have the plumber check something under our upstairs sink before I had the chance to clear out our under the sink stuff When I checked later the plumber actually took everything out to get to the faucet. Then When he put everything back so neatly ( an unnecessary chore) but it was actually more organized than it was before. Thanks!! I chuckled.

I bought a house with a junk septic tank, and JMP did an amazing job getting me a new tank and installing super fast.

Everyone on the team is really nice, and really on top of it. They handled all the dealings with the government agencies that oversee these types of projects, and I never had to lift a finger to do a thing.

The install went really fast, and they amazing job getting it in and refilling the hole to not appear like any work had been done.

I am really happy I went with John Murray plumbing. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

I live in Valencia. I had discovered that everything under one of my upstairs bathroom sinks was wet. After studying the situation, I decided that water was leaking from inside the wall. I had used John Murray Plumbing in the past for another bathroom problem and was happy with the service. So I,
of course, turned to them for this new problem. I was told the plumber would arrive between 11:00 & 1:00. True to form, Miguel, arrived at11:00.
He never hesitated, was competent, & knew exactly how to quickly fix the problem. He determined that water was not coming from the wall. He had the required new piping in his truck. Besides all that, he was personable & friendly.
Then to top it all off, I was shocked when he handed me the invoice. It was for a fraction of what I had expected to pay.
To say that this plumbing service provides exceptional service is an understatement. It doesn't get any better. Thank you John Murray.

We had a hot water heater go out as well as a leaky pipe under the house. When another leak happened under the house in a different spot they recommended a repipe. That was fine, this review is about their knowledge and value. They have been totally fair in comparison to our other plumber and on the repipe told me about PEX even though they didn't do it. We did get the repipe and the company thought our new water heater was one of the better ones on the market. So I highly recommend John Murray Plumbing. They know their biz.
