Wonderful! Finally a prompt, professional service ! Staff was polite, very knowledgeable, worked quickly and cleaned up after leaving the area spotless. Moreover they charged a very fair price for cleaning out two drains , a sink and checking the drainage in all of my house drains. This is the firm I will be calling from now on for all my plumbing needs!

Being so new to Santa Clarita, and haven't had to look for a plumber for very many years, I am so glad I found John Murray Plumbing!! I saw the red truck near my home and decided to do my research. They have great reviews on yelp, an A+ from the Better Business Bureau and an up-to-date license.

I am so happy I found such a PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE AND CLEAN company. Kevin, the plumber who came out, was so patient and respectful. He kept and left my bathroom clean (as he found it) after changing a wax ring on my toilet. He exceeded my expectations on how he was going to do the repair, and the price. So stress free and fair!!

Also, the young girl who answered the phone (Amber?) was so helpful and KNOWLEDGEABLE. This company made me confident in their services and relieved so much of my undue stress in hiring someone new! Terrific plumbers! They do a great job, and are very fairly priced. I have used them 4 times now, and they have never overcharged, arrive on time, do a wonderful job and are really nice people! I highly recommend them!

Interesting how a number of people said similar things: that the plumber who is sent to diagnose a problem often isn't even a plumber but a sales rep, like what happened to me. He did NO investigation, in fact refused to even confirm and dismissed out of hand the diagnostic work of the plumber I'd called out to fix a kitchen drain problem, who used mirrors, took apart piping and confirmed it was a problem with how the pipes had been installed by the original builder who we all knew went bankrupt during the process and cut corners.

The HOA manager always uses Murray for all her jobs and insisted on them taking a look but the guy came out in a business shirt holding a clip board and just said that since it had gotten approved by an inspector it had to be right! We- like many workmen who were around at that time (90-95) - know the builder took other shortcuts as well or just didn't finish work and figured correctly most people wouldn't find out til they had problems, but he AND the Manager dismissed my plumber's careful work and treated us both like idiots. My plumber even spent a lot of time speaking to both the Manager for no extra charge and tried to explain to the Murray guy who brushed him off, clearly he answered only to the Manager not to homeowners or the integrity of the job.

The plumber I'd hired couldn't clean out the drain the usual way b/c the builder installed the kitchen drainpipe so it was turning back INTO the house not outside, it was VISIBLE with mirrors. Others have said that while Murray's guys would not take the time to diagnose properly they executed the work once presented with facts. Mine refused to even consider it b/c he wanted to just stay in good graces with the Manager. Saving costs for the HOA can be a good thing but not when they're refusing to do the right thing.

The Murray guy didn't even LOOK at the problem, refused to consider that it was plumbed wrong, just said that b/c it had passed inspection it had to be right! I WOULD NOT TRUST MURRAY PLUMBING.

Had a very positive experience with using this company for the first time. The plumber, TJ, who serviced our problem was very curteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Their rate seemed very reasonable for what was done. He was very honest and even explained how if we encountered the same problem again in the future, I can take care of it myself! I won't hesitate to use them again.

I was recommended John Murray Plumbing by a good buddy of mine after Triple S Plumbing couldn't get the job done. I was dealing with a mysterious leak in my garage and I had three different plumbing companies come out to only leave scratching their heads. I was dealing with the leak close to three months. Sick of dealing with plumbing companies that home warranty was sending out; I decided to start looking for answers elsewhere. I first had a leak detection job done by Goldak (awesome company) and once the leak was identified John Murray sent out a guy named TJ. I showed him the leak as indentified by Goldak and he promptly fixed it up. The job was done quickly and professionally. My plumbing is as good as new now and I'm glad to say I have no more leaks! I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Once again John Murray Plumbing to the rescue. We've been using John Murray since we moved to Santa Clarita 11 years ago. They have installed faucets, cleared drains, took care of a weird toilet leak that almost took out half of the ceiling in our garage, and a few other ""issues."" This time it was the water heater. Sunday April 5, I went out to the garage to find half of the garage covered with water from our leaking 50 gallon water-heater. It was 12 or so years old, so I guess it was time, but during the Coronavirus scare? As it was Sunday, and already late afternoon, by the time I could clean up the mess I thought we could do without hot water for a day. But to be safe, I sent a quick email to let them know I would be calling. The next morning they called me at 8:15 to tell me they could help. I ordered a new water heater over the phone and John came out by 11 to install the new water-heater and take away the old one. We had hot water by 1:30! Great job John and Amanda! Thanks again.

I have used JMP in the past and my experience has always been great-that is why I stick with them, but today I have to write and say just how great they are!! Today Miguel came out to help with my situation and he was such Godsend! Very knowledgeable, pleasant and tidy. I have hired many plumbers in the past but JMP are always the fastest, most knowledgeable and affordable...they don't try to add things on to pad the bill. I highly recommend them!!
