WARNING!!! Get another estimate from anyone else before going with this company. Don't let the 'We finance" think you have to pay at least double . Everyone finances and don't try to rob you. Also other companies also give lifetime warranties. Not only were they almost 9k more than the other 2 estimates I got. They would not guarantee that inflated price because if they "get in there" and find something else it will change. They only have that one star because we have to

DO NOT USE! John Moore came out to my house for a plumbing issue which they claimed they fixed and charged me $225. The issue was NOT fixed, then they charged me another $400 to simply pull a toilet, show me I had one (1) break in my line and gave me an estimate of $12,000+ to dig under the house to fix the line AND refused to put the toilet back because the plumber claimed it was unsafe. Of course I called someone else for a second opinion. Guess what? I actually have 3 breaks in my line! I was charged $400 by this second company to have two (2) toilets pulled and put back, full static testing to ensure the plumber had a full understanding of the TOTAL situation. I will be paying $7,000 for the digging under my house to fix three locations. John Moore was more than happy to charge me almost $13k and guess what, I still would have had an issue because they were so sloppy in their work that they would have missed the other two breaks. Before writing this review, I tried to get some type of refund, however, the only John Moore was willing to do was give me credit for future work. Like I am really going to use them after they tried to rip me off! The TV commercials are fantastic and 100% fake and false. DO NOT USE JOHN MOORE FOR ANYTHING!

"Call John, get charged More" - they almost got their motto right ...
Why? ... I needed a circuit breaker changed. I sent a picture and asked how much it was. "our technician will have to come out and assess before we could quote a charge. Standard four hour window three days later (to be fair, it was the holidays). Fortunately, he came out on the front side of the window. Assessment, it needed to be replaced. Cost $715 - not having time to do the research into things and it being the holidays, I just agreed. Maybe it's an expensive part? Maybe it's a complicated job? I'm not an electrician. Well, let me tell you ...
Complicated job? No - two screws to take off the face plate, one screw to unsecure the wire from the main board, two screws to unsecure the wires from the circuit breaker, then do it in reverse. Five to ten minutes total.
Expensive part? No - part cost $70 if you buy it retail
Even if you factor in a service call fee of $100 (like you can bring your house to them, kind of like being charged for the table and service-wear at a restaurant - how else was my giving you money for the food I eat at your restaurant going to happen?), that works out to over $3200/hour for the ten minutes of work. Forget sending the kids to college ... if they work just ten hours a week and want to take three months off, they can still make $1.28M/year. ($3200 x 10 x 40)
Conclusion - people with good advertising and too much greed taking advantage of a situation. When I called to try to remedy it, they said it was a standard charge, but did offer me a coupon discount of $50 "in good faith". That did not show up, by the way.

This company is scamming people and getting away with it. I bought the tuneup contract for a year. After I signed it the technician said I need a new unit. I said if I got a new unit, it wouldn't need a tune-up. They refused to refund me my money. How many people have they done this to. I'm filing small claims court and all social medias.

UPDATE: Several weeks after I paid my unknown balance in full, they STILL sent my account to a collector. AFTER I WAS PAID IN FULL. This is literally the most crooked company I have ever hired. I will never hire them again for anything. My house could be flooded, my toilet could overflow and cover my entire house with sh*t and I wouldn't call them.
Billing is awful. Paid a large percentage of a plumbing job when the job was started. Never received a final invoice with a balance due after the job was completed, only a "past due" balance six weeks later. Paid the "balance due" then and thought it was done. Now, four months later, received a call from their collector saying that there was still a balance due. Apparently different parts of the job were invoiced separately and all charges were not on my first "balance due" notice. What a ridiculous procedure for billing a customer! I am unlikely to hire again due to such awful billing practices.

John Moore are a high pressure "bait and switch" operation. Don't get coned, $69 main line cleaning, but that turned into, you need you need the $900 power jet, that turned into you need a new sewer (27 feet) for $8,000. I didn't bite on the $8k, so after $965 bill they said it should last a few years and the clean out was "guaranteed" for a year and would fix it for free... 1 month later it stop up again, they did clean it again, but now they told us since they had to fix it the 1 year guarantee is now void, & need the $8k replacement. Rocket Rooter is doing it for 1/3 the price

We had a slow (not clogged) kitchen drain line and I scheduled them to perform their advertised "$69 Kitchen and mainline stoppages with accessible cleanout with a cable machine.". This is a service that I have performed every 3-4 years on multiple occasions.
The JM tech came out and flatly (and rudely) refused to perform the service. Instead, he wanted to write up a quote for a service that I did not need or want. I declined to receive his quote.
I filed a complaint with the company and their customer service called and left a message. I returned their call asking for a callback, but never heard from them again. I called a second company that performed the needed service for $69 my slow-draining line issue is now resolved, as expected.
Stay away from John Moore Services!! They do not honor their advertised prices and are all about the up-sell!

Service was prompt for a no heat condition. I suspected a blower motor failure that was confirmed by the service tech.
Next came quotes for repair and other peripheral services that were not requested. Quote to replace the blower motor at over $2,700 with an option to replace a 5 year old furnace for $8,000. Additional quotes to add a whole house surge protector for $2,100 and replace an existing/functional UV light for $1,100... WHAT?????
Called another HVAC company. They came out and replaced the blower motor for $1,100 (its a Carrier ECM motor which is pretty pricey) and said "why would you replace a 5 year old system". Also, had a whole house surge protector installed by an master electrician for a total of $450. Why would I replace an existing/functional UV light???
They may not charge for a service call but be aware that the tech's are required to upsell and they do get commissions on what they sell. Their prices are incredibly inflated so make sure you get additional quotes even if you have to pay for a service call. Figure I saved over $3,200 on the furnace repair and surge protector install by using other HVAC/electrical companies.
Will not use/consider them again.

We have had 3 technicians in our house today.
HVAC, plumbing and electrical. All 3 of them were extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail of what needed to be done to correct problems. They were polite and very cordial. A very enjoyable experience.

WORSE PLUMBERS EVER!! WHERE IS THE "0" STAR RATING?? Ripped us off for $11,000! They never returned to complete their job but they were sure to bill us quickly! They didn't do their job AT ALL!!! I'll be submitting a complaint to the Texas State Board of Plumbing! If you had bad experience with them too, PLEASE do the same ASAP!
