They arrived at my house for a quote on a new AC job, the tech was very professional. Was given a quote lower than what every other company had given me. I was approved for their financing within a few minutes and had installers at my house with a full ac system ready to install within an hour and a half. These guys went way past my expectations for speed and professionalism. Will definitely be using them again.

Appointment was scheduled, but no one arrived in our given window. The technician called after the appointment time and said if we still wanted him to come out it would be over an hour. The main service said this can be a normal occurrence and were unapologetic. Needless to say, we canceled our appointment.

Called to schedule my appointment the representative was very pleasant got my appointment scheduled. Received calls periodically to update me on the tech. Kristopher came to our home very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained what he was doing and gave us great tips on keeping the unit running smoothly

John Moore has the worst service in Houston. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. Every time I call them when something doesn't work...ie Air or heat...the Appt is 3 days later and when your appt day is here they are too backlogged and reschedule you for the next day...which isn't a guarantee they will show up then either...It's been 4 days without heat...and they just rescheduled me for tomorrow btw 4-8pm. Do not buy from this company the warranty waiting time is not worth it!

Our techs name was Vance. He was on time, very informative, patient, but most of all funny. Turned my bad morning around! Took him only minutes to unclog the kitchen drain. Would totally call John Moore for all of our home needs! Thanks again!

I call John Moore for clogged issues on Friday night and made an appointment for Saturday between 8 am and 12 pm. On Saturday, I get a call at 11:30 am saying that they are running behind schedule and it will now be between 12 pm - 4 pm, which I am still fine with, I then receive a second call at 2 pm stating that the service technician are still tied up on other jobs and now it is going to be between 4 pm - 6 pm. Still needing my plumbing issue resolved I agree but I want to make sure someone is coming out which the service rep on the phone insures me they are so I agree to continue to wait on them. I receive a final call from a service rep at 5:24 pm stating that they will not be able to get to me today and that they will have to move my appointment to Sunday between 12 pm - 2 pm. I become very vocal because not only did they have me waiting all day for a service tech to show up they also ran my credit card for a $69 service call fee. Well Sunday comes and no service tech showed up nor did I receive a phone call with an explanation as to why. I ended up calling another plumbing company first thing Monday morning that showed up an hour after I called. Three days later, I am still dealing with this company in order to get my $69 refunded.

Everyone was so nice from the gentleman that answered the phone all the way to the three technicians. It was a very complicated issued and I was very frustrated, but the guys were very friendly and reassuring. I totally recommend these guys.

My "go to" for repairs on my house. I've had them replace two hvac systems, my water heater, and today they installed a new junction box for my stove and labeled my breaker box. They have always been very professional and most importantly I know they are doing everything the right way and not cutting corners. I know enough about repairs etc to know they aren't trying to pull one over on me. They seem to take pride in their work and not someone off the street they picked up out front of Home Depot.

Stewart was an excellent John Moore representative! He was fast, friendly, and professional. This was a rescheduled appointment; yesterday, our appointment had to be canceled due to work at another home. The office staff worked hard to make sure we had our problem taken care of as soon as possible.
I understand problems happen at other job sites and was happy with how they handled it. Used the $69 drain clean for our washing machine/sink and it was the happiest $69 I've spent in a while. We'll definitely use them again.
