This is a belated review, but we needed our water heater replaced and a heater installed under the kitchen sink and some minor repairs to several toilets in the house earlier this year.

John came and did everything we needed and did it in a day. He set the temperature on the water heater perfectly and now we have instant hot water in our kitchen sink in the mornings.

John was nothing short of amazing! He installed a new tankless water heater in our home and the results look fantastic! He was very professional on time and worked hard to get the job done. The attention to detail and work ethic is unmatched by any other plumber we had in our home. To illustrate this he worked on a shower faucet that wasn't working properly and while he was under our house he even found a cracked pipe and took care of it without me even having to ask. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Such a great experience with John. We had him come over and fix a handful of small plumbing issues. He was thorough in taking care of everything and found an issue with our water pressure being too high which will cause stress on the system and cause even damage over time.

John also saved us a lot of money on new hardware by knowing that our Moen fixtures and components have a lifetime warranty - he contacted Moen for us and they sent me the parts, which he is now scheduled to come back and install at no additional cost.
