The plumbers who came out to my property were very professional and easy going. Living on acreage on a hill, they didn't complain once about having to make frequent trips down to their truck and back throughout the job. They went above and beyond and did extra work to accommodate the situation at hand concerning our washer. Polite, punctual, informative, and they cleaned up after themselves.

Male rep was rude and when I asked why one service was cheaper ($75 vs 125) from a competitor he told me to use them and hung up!!! F$&k Allstar it's 2017 and customer service is everything which they lack 100%

Go with any other AV plumber this place lacks people skills

We called John Manning Plumbing when our water heater wasn't heating. Jeff was on time, knew exactly what needed to be done, replaced the part, and cleaned out the burner and some debris. Our heater works great now and the water stays hot.

This is the second time we've used John Manning for our plumbing needs and can say they are efficient and reasonably priced. I would recommend!

Replace a four-inch piece of copper pipe between the main line in the exterior wall of the house and the garden hose spigot on the outside exterior wall facing the back yard. The original 1990 copper pipe had a kink from the installer twisting the pipe too hard. The kinks developed pinpoint holes along the ridge which were squirting water into the wall.

Responding to our email, Shirley Manning called first thing in the morning to set an appointment. She arranged to have the repair done early because we were turning water to the house off and on. Jeff Burton arrive three minutes before the appointment. He was extremely friendly and courteous. He listened to our description and understood immediately. He completed the work quickly and did a nice looking and clean repair that works better than the original. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend John Manning Plumbing to friends and family.

I used John Manning for the first time today, for a septic tank cleaning. They were right on schedule. Very professional and polite John Manning and his employee. John explained to me in details of an issue that the pipes are having. He advised me that he can fix it and gave me a price, the amount seems high to me especially right now that we are on a budget. But he advised that he knows what he is doing and has been doing it for years. I hope that we can have it fixed soon and if so, I will definitely will be using his company for the service.

Called John Manning Pluming for septic tank pumping. Set the job up and on that day received a call from the office that they had an emergency and needed to reschedule the job. The job was set for the next week. On the day of the job received a call from Bobby who said that he was on his way to our house for the septic tank pumping and wanted to make sure that everything was still on for today. Bobby arrived and explained the job proceeded to us and we agreed with his recommendations for the job. After digging out our inlets (which were five feet in the ground) Bobby showed up some pictured of risers that he installed to bring the inlets up closer to ground level. John Manning came with his pumping truck and pumped the septic tanks out and made a few recommendations for us to follow in the future to help our tank last longer. Bobby installed our new risers and refilled the holes and level out the dirt. Over all this job went very good and we will call John Manning Pluming again. P.S. The emergency was while digging for a new install of a septic tank the hole caved in. I can not fault John Manning Pluming for that.

Pleasant experience working with this company. The owner, John, actually comes out to service calls with his employees to assist and meet customers. Not only did they tend to the service call but John also went out of his way to assist my family with additional concerns with septic issue that we were having. He even called back after a week to follow-up. I highly recommend working with this business if you want a trustworthy and personal experience.
