JM Plumbing is the most professional, thorough, trustworthy plumbing outfit in the Morongo Basin! I had to go through a lot of plumbers in this area to find them! I highly recommend them especially Louis! They replaced the galvanized pipes used when the house was built in 1963 and put in ABS piping...they were fast, efficient and beyond knowledgeable.

I have used this company twice. One for a big job redoing my main water line that was 40+ years old, and yesterday for a pvc pipe snap from roots in my yard. Both times I feel I received exceptional service for a very fair price.

Yesterday was an emergency situation and I called right away and was told no one could come out until Thurs. They were totally booked up, which was understandable. The receptionist said if any cancellation came in she would reach out and lucky for me a few hours later, she had a cancellation. Luis came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work and within a few hours my crisis was over. Thank you, Luis!!!

Five stars for all involved. Very appreciative of their great service! Highly recommend.

Have used them twice in the last week for different issues dealing with my kitchen sink. My wife noticed that we had a leak under our sink it appeared that the leak was coming from behind the wall at first. Called John Mahany after my normal person said that he could not get to use that day. Mandy was able to get us on the schedule that day. Luis and Chris looked at the leak and found out that the problem was not as bad that I thought that is was at first. Luis fixed the problem and noticed that we had a leak starting in our faucet and recommended that we change our kitchen faucet soon. We bought and new faucet and called them to have them install the new faucet because Luis had told us that because of the age of our plumbing that we may have some issues with the install and he was right. Will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Mandy at John Mahany went above and beyond to find a new tankless hot water heater replacement and was able to schedule the fix within 24 hours! She did an amazing amount of research to find the appropriate appliance even in neighboring Palm Springs. They were super fast and efficient because she knew I had renters at the home. Thank you!!!

We have been using them for past several months. They frequently no show or are late. The office is also terrible at coordinating or communicating. We schedule an appointment and then the technicians simply no show, come completely unprepared or arrive prepared to do some completely different job. So much headache. Would not recommend working with this company if you are having anything remotely complicated done.

We spoke with the owner of the company and he was understanding and nice and we trusted them with more jobs, but they keep dropping the ball.

Had a leak in a new water heater.
My wife saw Tom on another job and asked if he could help.
As soon as he finished his current appointment Tom arrived at our home and after throughly checking the water heater check our water pressure.
Turns out that our problem was caused by a faulty water pressure regulator.
Tom came back a few days later, replaced the regulator and solved our problems.
I would highly recommend Tom!

We think these guys are tops! We had a plumbing blowout when a hose bib got jarred outside the wall and created a leak inside the wall. After determining the repair to be well beyond what we could tackle ourselves, we contacted them with our details and were relieved to hear a duo would be finishing up with their project and available to stop by afterwards. A few hours later they arrived, listened to our story l, then made their own assessment. Being trained professionals, they saved the day very efficiently. (Our foolish plans contained tools that cost more than the repair, honestly.) The office staff I spoke with was friendly, understanding, and very helpful throughout. Our hot water heater is needing attention, we believe, I'm absolutely going with this company.
